He was very thorough. He explained that my furnace was in excellent shape and it should last another eight years or more. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Furnace was fixed the following day. It was a dirty flame sensor. The price was very reasonable. I will definitely call them again

Our furnace broke on a Sunday in a snow storm. My call was answered promptly and the service rep arrived in the scheduled window. They inspected the whole system and gave us a few different options. We chose to replace the fan in our existing furnace rather than replacing the whole furnace. He set us up with a service plan to maintain the furnace regularly going forward.

No complaints. Making an appointment was easy. The service guy called before he came and was right on time for the time we had requested. He was very friendly and performed the maintenance check in a timely manner. He answered all our questions. Pronto installed our new furnace and air conditioner 2 years ago and we feel very comfortable continuing to do service with them.

The work was excellent. The technician was concerned about a noise that has been there since I bought the house. He found it wasn't a problem but I was pleased it was not overlooked. I asked about the life of the unit and was given some good information. Overall, more than what I expected.

They fixed everything and even were able to get us some warranty covered for equipment installed by another company. Since then have been great with annual maintenance. Highlt recommend them.

The hot water tank that heats my house as well as the hot water in my house went out. I was able to start the pilot myself, but then couldn't get it restarted. I called Pronto which wasn't able to come out until the next day. (Again, I had NO heat in my house). The guy came out, tried the pilot light 3 times and basically said he couldn't repair it because it was too old (11 years) and there's no parts for it. Then said I might have to replace both my furnace and hot water tank. So that was the conclusion - nothing he could really do. And guess what? I got charged $159 just to come out for 5 minutes to say this. There no indication that just to look at it that there would be such an expensive fee. I ended up having Ben Franklin come out, fixing it within two hours.

The sales person came out to my home in the evening which was so convenient with my work schedule. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The installers came the following week as this was convenient for my schedule. They were available sooner if desired. The total install took about 8 hours with much of this time due to my furnace being in a rather tight place so it took a little extra time to get everything in there. I couldn't be happier with the sales process and installation and everyone who came to my home.

The whole process went very smoothly. Matt, the technician, was very prompt and professional and was very helpful in providing me all of the information that I would need on the 2 items that he installed for me. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

No pressure quote, with the best price. They were able to schedule it quickly. Installers came on time, and it seemed to go smoothly. They cleaned up well, though there was a small stain on the carpet. There was a misunderstanding/miscommunication about the thermostat and fan speed, but that was resolved. I'm still waiting for final paperwork about rebates and the inspection.

I bought a new townhome and needed to have the furnace serviced before winter heating season. Pronto was helpful in accommodating my work schedule. The service technician was very knowledgeable, personable and able to answer all of my questions. Quality service at a great price.

I was very pleased with the work that Robert, the tech, performed. This was changing the filter and humidifier pads, reminding me how the humidistat control worked, checking both carbon monoxide and dioxide levels, inspected and cleaned the exterior and did a performance check, the exact nature of which I can't recall. We bought our home with the furnace installed by Pronto already in it. We have used Pronto previously for tune-ups and will again.

We discovered the day before Thanksgiving we would need an new furnace. Pronto offered us space heaters and promised to come out on Friday. They were here at 7:30 Friday morning and replaced the furnace.They were exceptionally professional, efficient and neat. They answered all our quesitons and explained how to work everything as well as checked all the vents. We were very happy with Joe Helm and Eli Crawford

When appointment was scheduled with sales person, there was no mention that it was going to take over 2 hours when it was set up. It would have been appreciated to know this ahead of time.

Great. Some bumps occurred in our system as a result of our old house that we just purchased. The kinks were worked out promptly.

They gave us a fair estimate and there was no pressure. Very informative and helpful. Haven't made a decision yet, but recommend them as an option.

Wonderfully – from visiting their website and making the appointment to the appointment itself. The tech was able to come by a bit early, which was great. He explained EVERYTHING in detail and answered every question I had. He was also able to change out our filter, which we normally order from another party - saving us time and hassle. I absolutely cannot recommend Pronto enough -- they are incredibly trustworthy, professional -- a pleasure to do business with. We had not used them before, but will use them regularly from now on.
