John explained what was done and how to operate our new WiFi thermostats. We would absolutely ask for them again should the need arise. Pronto is taking care of permits and manufacturer rebates. I decided to have my Heating unit checked and cleaned rather than the AC unit. The temperature outside must be at least 75F. Chris, the service guy, explained the situation to me when he arrived. I rescheduled the AC check for next month. After I made a new appointment, I decided to have him check and clean my heating unit, since he was here. I am so glad I had him clean my heating unit, as Chris could tell the unit had not been cleaned in a very long time.

Incredibly smoothly. Someone came to do an estimate within days of our first phone conversation. They told me I didn't need a furnace at all (I thought companies might push for this). Because I was using a promotion they were clear on my "decide by" date, but I didn't feel pressured to buy. I received plenty of email follow-up, but nothing intrusive or bothersome. Within a few days I received a different promotional mailer specific to A/C systems, with a discount I hadn't been offered. Called and they immediately applied that to my already-discounted proposal. Installation was on the day and time of my choosing, and they came exactly when they said they would. The installers were very professional and explained clearly everything they were doing. They showed me how to operate the new equipment (especially the phone-controlled thermostat, which I love). They cleaned up the small mess they made. They wore shoe covers each time they came into the house from outside. They were just extremely pleasant and unobtrusive (I work at home so this is important to me). The day after my installation I realized the furnace wasn't operating. I hadn't noticed it before that because temps weren't too low, but came to realize upon returning home from meetings that it was cold in the house! Called Pronto to report this at 4:50 PM on a weekday, fearful they'd say no one could come until the next day. Instead the responsive human being (!) who answered the phone expressed empathy and urgency (!!) and promised they'd have someone there within the hour. A guy called shortly thereafter to say he was 20 minutes out. Another very pleasant and professional man came in, found the issue (just a loose wire from the A/C installation) and was gone again within 20 minutes or so, and my furnace was firing away again. While someone reading this might think, "Well, they missed that loose wire," my opinion is that stuff is going to happen in this heating/cooling business, and I'd much rather have a company who have responsive, service-oriented people manning the phones and getting these inevitable issues FIXED immediately. I could not be happier with the service and respect shown to me by everyone I encountered at Pronto.

Brian did a good job Thermostat wasn’t working and put in new one and explained how to work it. I would recommend pronto, always had good service and they are reasonable in price.

Jack was great about letting us reschedule this project ahead of another that was already planned. Jim and Jon did a FANTASTIC job of getting us out of a pickle that we were in - many vents that needed to be moved out of an addition with very little in available ways to do it without messing up our addition. They took their time with us exploring options and crafted a great strategy to save our addition from being intruded upon, and were able to find a better solution for all the vents than we had imagined! I always appreciate their service (that's why we keep using this company), but they really went above and beyond this time! I couldn't recommend these professionals, and this company, any more highly!!

Not well. They took 4 days to get a part, and for those 4 days I needed space heaters to warm my house.

It was excellent. Pronto's team all worked together in an efficient manner and completed the job in approximately two hours. Very careful with removal of the hot water heater and they left the work area clean and to our satisfaction.

We decided to go with another company strictly based on experience with the other company. The prices were comparable and the decision was tough. I really think Pronto would have been a good choice as well.

Excellent. It was a challenging installation, due to the original poor design of ductwork in the building, which other companies did not anticipate as well. We did run into a problem with the electric wiring and it took a few days and a few service people till they got the right person out who methodically figured it out and took care of it.

They were excellent. I had a problem late NY eve and they came out NY's Day and fixed the issue. Great service! I also purchased my furnace from them several years ago.

The Pronto guys arrived within the two hour window stated. They were very nice and answered any/all questions I had. They covered the stairs and cleaned up before they left. They were very efficient. I had even run out to the van before they left because I was concerned about smelling gas. Haso explained that he had bled the line just a little bit before he turned everything on. He said to call if I continued to smell it. An hour or so later he actually called me back and asked if I still smelled any gas. Everything was fine. It was very nice of him to call me back!
