They were here for over an hour. It was a very good deal for $99.

It works; technician had a lot of experience with our make and model of air conditioner.

The price was very reasonable. They were very fast. They had the part on the van and they said they replaced it. We haven't had a problem with it since they installed it.

I honestly don’t know how their price compares. They are a really good company. I would use them again. They did haul away the old units in my home, they didn’t charge me extra for that. The work was completed in one day.

Excellent, prompt and professional service. The service person arrived at the early end of the time window, introduced himself, said he'd take a look and solved/fixed the problem within 15 minutes. The AC was still ubder warranty, which I didn't realize, so there was no charge. These folks have earned my commitment as a customer through their commitment. ,

They normally would have charged for that. They gave us a warning. We've used them several times and we've always been very happy. It took less than an hour.

I told Pronto what was wrong with the system, then they sent out a "triage" person that told me I had a bad zone valve (I knew that, just wanted someone to fix it). They charged me $150 for that visit (Diagnostic Fee) as that is their policy, even though there was no new information given to me and the person was there for 5 minutes, and the valve was still not fixed. Then a technician visit was scheduled to fix the issue a few days out (this was not heating season) and the Tech did his job efficiently and had it fixed in 20 minutes, then of course another big bill for fixing it, which I was actually OK with since he did his job, maybe still a little overpriced but I actually got something for my dollar. The first transaction felt like I just threw money away. I learned my lesson, if you know what you are doing, do not use Pronto, or you will end up paying that extra diagnostic fee.

I've always used Pronto. They put in our service about 3 or 4 years ago. They do our annual maintenance. They do an excellent job and very dependable. Probably a little higher priced than some but they do such good work that I'm not going to push my luck. I have them in the spring for the air conditioner and in the fall for the furnace. Since at one time I had bought a 5 package deal where they would come out 5 times for either heating or air conditioning, that was the last one in that package. I think the original package was like $400 for 5 visits but that was years ago. I didn't pay anything for this particular visit. I just appreciate their courteous rapid response and I like the way the guys always wear the little booties when they come in so they don't make a mess. They answer any questions you have. I can't think of anything they can do better except lower the price.

When very smoothly. Pronto came out same day, identified the issue fairly quickly, cleaned the flame sensor, and fixed the problem. The operator also offered to apply a $40 Angie's list coupon for the service call, which was great.

Amazing service! I called last night when our central air stopped working. They have a phone message service that connects with you in less than 28 SECONDS! This morning I received a call from Pronto a little after 7am to schedule a service call. They were able to fit me in today, Chris Theisen showed up early, immediately got to work, found and repaired the unit, explained the entire process in a very understandable way. I'm really impressed with Pronto and will put them on my speed dial.

Installation went well. Workers were professional and prompt

Pronto guaranteed that all 3 "appliances" could be installed in one day, including routing the vent pipe for the High Efficiency furnace thru the roof, via the garage. They arrived on-time, promptly at 9 am. They brought specialists for each install, calling for parts as needed. At one point we had 6 Pronto trucks at our house. The job was completed before 5pm, they were courteous, asked questions/consulted with us when needed and cleaned up the area. We had 1 issue with the A/C about 6 weeks after the install and it was fixed promptly.

They were very good. I believe they offered a coupon. It was a good experience.

Cleaned our furnace and found something that could have delayed the furnace from starting up. He took care of it and didn't charge us anything additional.

That was good. I have no complaint. The service was excellent. I think that when it comes to pricing of their service it can be, I don't no why, and they really want to make money on the parts they want to sell you. They are a great company. I would use them again, but if I got an unusually high price to fix something, then I would get a 2nd opinion . Because I know that from the repair man that came out and the discussions with him I know that I have to make that that I am comparing the prices to other vendors that Pronto is real proud about some of their stuff.

the work was done in only two hours. because I live on the second floor, a 'drip pan' was installed with a hose going to the drain. I feel much better with this and had never been told before that it was something that sh/be done when there is a neighbor living below. the work area was left very clean and the installers were careful when removing the old water heater and bringing in the new one.
