Jesse did a great job. The last company I used wanted to sell me a new thermostat which I didn’t need. Jesse did a simple tune-up on my humidifier and its running like a charm. I also appreciate the fact that he showed up toward the beginning of the window Pronto gave me, instead of right at the end. I’ll use Pronto and Jesse again.

I declined to have them come out. I didn't want them to come out and then tell me it was $300 to install + $149.

Jeremy was here within hours of my phone call. He was very straight forward as he gave us his opinion about our current situation. It's evident, Jeremy knows his stuff and we value his opinion. We desperately need a new furnace as he felt our current one is unsafe. We are dealing with another company for possible replacement as the unit is covered by a Master Protection Agreement. But until that company shows up this week, we are in limbo. We are not confident the other company will agree to replace the furnace. Thanks for your honesty, Jeremy. It's really appreciated.

The technician, Jeremy, arrived promptly. He was helpful, respectful, and insightful. He diagnosed and repaired he problem within the hour. He also did a safety check on our furnace and, at our request, spent a few minutes educating us on how furnace has changed since we installed our furnace 20 years ago. We appreciated that they leveraged technology to text status, send photo, and accept payment.

We have the platinum maintenance agreement for a few years and it has been very worthwhile. Sam helped us optimize heat flow between first and second floors. Since having this plan we replaced the fan motor and our furnace is so quiet now even tho we run the fan constantly to equilibrate temperature.

The technician arrived in the scheduled time window and I was notified when he was on his way. He worked quickly and left no mess. When I scheduled the appointment, I mentioned that I needed a new furnace filter and he had it on the truck and replaced it.

Very well. Shawn was very pleasant and explained everything. No issues with the furnace however the air conditioning unit is not cooling properly. Shawn gave me information on the potential problem and the cost to have it serviced. Will be calling Pronto in the spring.

Excellent service. Chad was very thorough and cheerfully explained each of the tests he was performing, and how our system compared with the expected results. A/C checked out fine, but Chad did find a problem with the furnace. Although the furnace is still safe to operate, he ordered the necessary part (under warranty) and will return Thursday AM to replace it. He also cleaned the cottonwood fuzz from the outside A/C unit and showed me how to replace the humidifier element I had purchased but was hesitant to install myself. Very pleased with the service provided, glad I called.

Chris has serviced our HVAC before so he was very familiar with our equipment. Chris is punctual, very knowledgeable, personable, professional. He does a great job of maintaining our HVAC and explaining what he’s doing in a way that anybody can understand. I appreciate that Pronto will continue to schedule him for our service calls. All of these things add up to Chris being a great ambassador for Pronto.

Everything went OK. The Pronto office first sent Chad to the wrong address. Once he arrived at our home, everything went fine.

I had purchased my system from Pronto seven years ago and it was still under warranty (parts & labor included). Sam came out on Sunday and verified the problem was the inducer motor. They did not have a replacement available right then and scheduled a service call for 7:00 AM Monday. Chad arrived with the replacement, installed it and tested the system in short order. Both Sam and Chad were courteous and professional. I am totally satisfied with Pronto Heating and Air Conditioning!
