Fine. Matt identified the problem and did appropriate maintenance to prevent future occurrences. He also showed me where certain LED indicators were on the furnace that I should check if any other problems occur.

The staffs from Pronto were very professional and courteous. Our old furnace kicked the bucket before the new one's scheduled installation on a cold Sunday. Pronto sent out a tech to fix it very quickly (at no charge) so my family wouldn't freeze to death... My wife and I are super grateful. The installation process for the new furnace and AC went very well. They arrived as scheduled and kept the working area clean. They did an awesome job in keeping us informed the status and working us through how to use and maintain the new furnace and AC. Will definitely hire pronto again for future needs. Exceptional customer service!!

I called Pronto because they were open on Saturday. The woman answering the phone was very nice and arranged for a tech to come out. The tech (Sam) arrived on time, found the problem (the igniter) and fixed it right away. He was very nice, professional, and answered all of my questions. .

Fantastic. Technician showed up in the early part of the time window. He called when I didn't answer my doorbell. (It's broken!) He was totally professional and answered all our questions, tuned up the machine, replaced filters and was on his way. Great start to the day. I recommend Pronto every time.

They came out within an hour and diagnosed the problem. Jeremey did not have the required part but said he would get it and be back later in the day or if necessary the following day. It happened they were able to find the part and by 6:30 PM we had hot water thanks to Chad who came on the follow up call. Both gentlemen were prompt, courteous and friendly. Great customer service experience! Furnace tune-up went great. Chad, the service tech was very timely and courteous. He let me watch him while he worked and was happy to talk me thru the steps and answer my “dumb guy” questions. He also showed where i have potentia issues to watch out for and advise on what could be done.

I am so pleased that I called Pronto to tune-up my heating system! Chad Cole did a wonderful job! He increased the efficiency of the boiler, made sure that all radiators were functioning optimally, and took the time to show me how to read the gauge and raise the water level in the system if was needed in the future. One of my radiators which had been nearly nonfunctional in the recent past is actually pumping out heat! Yea! Additionally, Chad is kind, personable, and gets along with dogs. This service would have been a bargain at twice the price! I will definitely call Pronto the next time our heating system requires service!

We called Pronto because we had a previous service tech tell us we had a cracked heat exchanger and wanted it verify it. Jessie was able to do that.

From making the appointment to follow-up, communication was excellent. During the visit, Sean went the extra mile to explain about our particular type of furnace, the controller and air vents in our house. I got a couple low-cost tips to improve our air flow. He also pointed out that we might get a leaking water heater valve fixed under warranty by another vendor. Greatly recommended!

I was happy with the purchase and their process. Their sales rep, Jason, gave good advice about tankless vs. a tank heater. We decided on a tank based on his advice and feel confident we made the right choice, even though the cost was high. I like having a complete 12-year warranty. Jason also worked with me to get it scheduled when we needed it. My only complaint is they were 1.5 hours later than the stated window, and no one contacted me to let me know they would be late. As a consumer I should not have to chase down the provider. The office did let me know when the installer was leaving the job before mine. Travis did an efficient, high-quality installation and went out of his way for me.
