Pronto Heating & Air Conditioning

We called on a Sunday for the A/C repair service. Pronto was able to schedule a Monday (next day) service appointment. They were prompt, communicated what needed to be done, and fixed it. I was so impressed that I asked them if they could do a tune up on both the A/C and furnace, which they performed the next day. Brandon did both the repair and the tune-ups. He was excellent. I will definitely use Pronto again and would recommend them to others.

Exceptional job - everyone was on time, extremely professional, and cleaned up at the end very well. They were customer focused and provided me with training on how to work with a new thermostat and thoroughly answered any questions I had. Turnaround time from estimate to installation was exceptional.

I have had bad luck with this vendor twice in a row. First time it was during furnace maintenance service. The service person did not flush the condensation line. I ended up with a blocked line later. When I called to ask if this was a missed item, they acknowledged it so and refunded my money. I thought that was fair. Recently, I had then come over for maintenance on functional AC. This time again the tech did not flush the condensation line. When asked he said - no signs of blockage. Well - why send me a check list of what will be done as part of the maintenance service if you are going to skip one of the most important items? I filled out the feedback form with all the details and left a voice mail. Never heard back from them. Extremely disappointing.

I chose pronto to install a new a/c and furnace about four years ago and have used them since for regular service of the system. They had always provided excellent service. I plan to use them for all of my HVAC needs going forward. Sometimes I have to wait for a while to get on their busy schedule but they know what they are doing and are well worth the wait. If you are in the process of deciding who to go with, I wouldn’t hesitate to hire this company.

Everything went great. A problem with my ac was found and fixed before I got a bad surprise when I needed ac. I have had this company before, and they did not find problems, and no problems developed later. I saw the problem part. They don't find problems unless there is a real problem. I have used this company for years. Originally, I had a problem with my water heater which they solved at a reasonable price. They are always prompt and don't make a mess. They answer questions in a way I understand. They are respectful of me and my property. I really like that they text or e-mail a picture of the technician who is coming to my house, so I am 100% sure before I open the door.

Amazing. Long day for the team but great work. Told me to be ready at 7am and they arrived at 7:01. Systems are so quiet I thought they weren’t running. Explained how it worked and demonstrated the controls. Thanks you Pronto team.

Friendly, professional, quick and efficient.

I had purchased the furnace online and did the install myself, Eric was able to figure out what to do about the fan speed problem. The first tech that came out replaced the circuit board, thinking that is what controlls the fan speed. The problem persisted, so I called Pronto back and they scheduled Eric first call the next day, we talked about the static pressure in the ductwork, he thought it could potentially cause the fan that was set to a higher speed, to automaticly reduce it's speed. then go back to the pre set speed when the pressure dropped, over and over again. by choosing a lower speed on the board using the dip switches, The speed was stabilized. I was very happy because Pronto didn't charge me for the return visit. They are an Honest company I will use again if I come across another problem I can't figure out myself!

Pronto has been servicing my furnace and AC for several years. When it was time to replace, l knew who I was going to call. Working with Pronto on the replacement was an excellent experience. From Jack in Sales, to Darren and Kevin who led the installation everything went well. Final inspection was completed today. Both the mechanical and electrical inspectors commented on the great job.

Well, Chris was great. He fixed the thermostat to get it working again. He will be back out next week to replace the aging thermostat with something high tech!!

Christopher Theisen out of MTKA was so thorough, informative, his skill sets are full around customer service not only in his work but being sure the customer understands exactly what is going on with the furnace. More than expected. Brian was outstanding and went through the list of suggested repairs and warranty issues. I expect to have the address the issues at a later date.

Great, Jessi answered all our questions, had to come back because we had dumb questions (were old) on this new technology. Have been with Pronto better than 10 years when they installed the new furnace/heat pump. Equipment has never failed, the service is top notch, very friendly staff, I would never deal with another Company. No charge because we just had somewhat dumb questions.

Pronto was responsive to my initial Angies List message and was able to get someone out next day for 1st job in the morning for a free estimate. Upon review of the project, they provided a quote that was in line with my budget. He mentioned he could do the work at the same time. I gave him the green light to do the job. I left for work and he sent me a text message of the final project, and I paid via credit card over the phone. All in all, a job well done!
