Description of Work: I had Pronto come out and look at my furnace that had quit working. The technician that came to check it out was very nice and informative. I ended up needing a new furnace. A new furnace was installed the next day. It was installed quickly and my basement was cleaner than it was before the came! It works much better than the old one.

Description of Work: They did a good job, and I have used them before. My furnace like most of the newer ones needs an annual cleaning/tuneup to make sure it keeps running reliably all winter long. Money well spent once a year for the peace of mind. | |I also knew I was long overdue for having my old hot water heater replaced. Pronto gave me what I considered a very fair and reasonable price for replacing it, and came back the very next day to install the new one. Again, well satisfied with the equipment they supplied and how the installation in general went.

Description of Work: My air conditioner would run for only a few minutes, it would cycle off & then back on. They said I needed a new air conditioner unit as mine was 20+ years old. HomeSmart found the problem to be a faulty condenser on the blower fan on the furnace, which was covered by my plan (my plan did not cover the air conditioner, just the furnace). I asked HomeSmart what the cost would have been without my plan; $20-$30 for the part and maybe $100 for the service call. Other than the bad diagnosis, the service rep was 'less than interested' in really figuring out what the problem was.

Description of Work: Pronto came to check on a water heater issue we were having. The water heater was older and ended up needing to be replaced. The new water heater was installed in short order. It was done quickly, efficiently and cleanly. Travis and his crew were polite, professional and friendly. We have had other furnace and air conditioner work done by Pronto and I would highly recommend them for any of these service needs as well.
