Description of Work: We had a leak in the air conditioning line in our fairly new air conditioning system. The original installer didn't stand behind his installation or product. We contacted Pronto and they were very helpful, polite and professional. We were very satisfied our air conditioning is working GOOD. |We would recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: I used them in Edina a couple of years ago and was pleased, but when I called them to give me an estimate for the house in Bloomington this spring I got no response from them. Therefore I did not use them this time.

Description of Work: We woke on Sunday to a cold house. After a couple of hours we were contacted by our current provider to say their 24x7 service did not start until tomorrow. |It was close to noon before we called Pronto. They were already booked through late afternoon, and scheduled us in. We were notified when it was determined they would be a little late. The technician said the owners came to work and scheduled extra technicians. Our guy gave the furnace a thorough check over and could not get it to fail. As he was going out the door the furnace stopped. He called for some advice and then found a chickadee in on of the vents. It bird prevented the furnace's fan from kicking into high speed.

Description of Work: I used them for installation of a new furnace and A/C unit, then about a year later had them in to replace my hot water heater. Professional, efficient, best price. I've asked them back to privide an estimate for some plumbing and gas work. I recommended them to a friend who used them for a hot water heater replacement and removal of a water softner, my friend was thrilled with their work and price.

Description of Work: Everything went well. we had interviewed 2 or 3 other hvac folks and we liked what we heard from Pronto the best.We negotiated a fair price based on other estimates and hired them to do the work. one of the most impressive things was how well they cleaned up after install,, they were great. Had 1 service call since then and all was covered under warranty and they were great about it.

Description of Work: AC maintenance and tune up. The tech was on time and worked efficiently cleaning the outside unit thoroughly. He checked all the settings and advise me of a more economical service plan. I have been very impressed with this company since they installed our furnace, AC & water heater 3 years ago. I highly recommend them. A few days later I had an issue with my water heater. They responded the same day and resolved the issue free of charge.
