Description of Work: Furnace tune-up. Didn't have to listen to the usual heavy handed up-sell that so many places do nor did she use this opportunity to say this is wrong and that is wrong and you should really fix this to turn it into a $200 or more visit.

Description of Work: Helped in troubleshooting air conditioner issues. Issue was outside of the air conditioner so I went with CenterPoint to provide the service. I would have used Pronto if I didn't have Home Service Plus. Repairman was on time and spent a lot of time to determine the issue.

Description of Work: They came and gave me a quite for a furnace and AC. The salesman was fantastic and very knowledgeable. I ended up using another company as the cost was lower for a better set-up.

They replaced our old furnace and air conditioner with new furnace, ac, and air purifier. A big job all done in a day. They cleaned everything up, you would never know they were here at all. They were very easy to work with, very friendly answered any questions without a hitch. I have recommended them to friends and would use them again in the future.

The technician was knowledgeable and discovered the problem quickly (a blown running capacitor). He swapped in a replacement and the A/C unit started right up. Everyone I talked to was friendly and professional, from the office staff to the tech. I will be using Pronto for any future HVAC service needs.
