Description of Work: Overall I was satisfied with this provider. There were only a few glitches, but enough for me to award a "B" grade instead of an "A". First, the overall installation of furnace, air conditioner, and venting went well. However, we had to remind the provider about venting the fan over the stove, and this venting was done very poorly and had to be re-done by my husband with different materials. | |Pronto was very responsive during the early and middle part of our relationship. However, once we had paid in full, their responsiveness dropped off dramatically. They did not come for final cleanup until we prompted them. They did not schedule their final inspection until we prompted them twice, which delayed our occupancy permit. And they did not mail us our three completed rebate applications until I prompted them a year later, having learned they were never submitted. | |Again, the majority of the work was done well, in a timely and professional fashion, and at a good price. Some of these issues are, I'm sure, par for the course when building a house. I was disappointed, but not enough that I won't use Pronto in the future.

Description of Work: A/C Repair-The technician was very helpful and laid out a variety of cost saving options.

Description of Work: Furnace was tuned up and system was cleaned; filters were replaced and all pressures blowers and gamers were checked. They installed this system a few years ago and have kept it running like a top.

Description of Work: I had them check our furnace and replace filters and pads. The technician did have to make some adjustments to our system and I felt reassured that all is safe and functioning after the checkup. The fee is reasonable and I got a $25 rebate from the power company too -- Pronto made it easy to file for the rebate.

Description of Work: Purchased new furnace several years ago and have used them since for regular maintenance. They have given us good service.

Description of Work: I attempted to drain my water heater on my own and I had difficulty. I purchased a $125 Water Heater tune-up. The appointment was made with Pronto. The plumber showed up promptly- he was in and out quickly. In fact, he left his truck running! Simple fix and work performed quickly.

Description of Work: Replaced a hot water heater control unit and serviced unit after it died on Christmas. Even came back to make sure it was working a day later.
