We serve Minneapolis & St Paul as well as the surrounding suburbs. We manage Pronto from a local office & we are committed to providing friendly, hassle-free service and employing only the best technicians. You may recognize us from another local air conditioning company. The Sedgwick family sold its business in 1999 to a national manufacturer and Wade and Greg stayed on to run the business from 1999 through March 2008. We opened Pronto because we felt we could provide a personalized experience and exceptional customer service by managing our entire business from a local office. We are committed to providing friendly, hassle-free service and employing only the best technicians. Pronto is proud to have won the Bryant 2009 Dealer of the Year award. The award is given each year to Bryant’s best dealer out of more than 4,000 dealers in North America.

Description of Work: installed air conditioning to a house that has no duct work. They knew what they were doing as they created forced air by placing ducts in the crawl space and attic and using a heat pump. This also allows us to have forced air heating, which previously we heated only with expensive baseboard heating. This project was certainly worth the cost as summers seems to be getter hotter and hotter.

Description of Work: Complex job - took several guys about 5 days to finish. Revamp of elaborate HVAC system, but has worked as expected. They were able to deal with some unexpected challenges during the job. Helped with rebate forms. We had used Pronto at our previous house and have been very happy with them. Hopefully we won't need them again for years!

Description of Work: Pronto installed a new furnace, air conditioner, and water heater. The furnace was replaced under emergency conditions, so while we weren't in a great negotiating position (it was -10 degrees when our heat went out) they were amazing to work with, and they had a good deal by including the water heater for free. Overall very happy.

Description of Work: Installed a new aprilaire whole home humidifier. They did an awesome job. They were super responsive and scheduled for next day installation. The team installing was friendly and had great communication. I'm very pleased and will use them again. The cost was a little higher than others quoted, but well worth it for the quality.

Description of Work: Furnace was shutting down before house was heated to proper temperature so called Pronto. The technician was prompt, professional, and very efficient. He cleaned the dirty flame sensor and set up the whole house humidifier.
