Description of Work: Our water heater sprung a leak just a day before we listed our house for sale. They were able to have a technician out on Sunday night and replaced the unfixable heater on Monday. Their communication was great, everyone was really professional, and I was pleased with how quickly they worked with me to get this taken care of during a really stressful time. Crystal in the office even worked with me to find some information I needed that had already been packed away in boxes. A big thanks to everyone!

Description of Work: Annual tune-up of my A/C. A previous company tried to sell me on expensive repairs for items measuring on the low end of acceptable parameters - Pronto monitors and provides education on things to look for. In my experience, they do NOT use annual check-ups as an invitation to upsell (like the previous company I used). I have had 5 furnace / AC check-ups from them and have never been sold any maintenance work. I believe them to be very trustworthy.

Description of Work: Called pronto to fix our air conditioning unit, they came out the next day and determined that our inspector had fit the outside power supply plug in the wrong way. Literally a 30 second repair, unfortunately still had to pay the $139 service fee, but at least they were honest that nothing else was wrong with the unit and didn't try to upsell us on anything else.

I would recommend |this company that would like a unit like this. I have seen many Mitsubishi |Units used through the world and knew this is what I would use in my home. | | Sorry I cannot recall what I paid. But it is worth every penny.

Description of Work: They installed a Central Air Conditioner and did an excellent job. Plastic was laid down on the carpet so they wouldn't track dirt into the basemenet. The tech cleaned up everything afterwards so I was very impressed.
