They did nice work, and did it quickly. They took preventative measures so that they didn't make a mess in our home.

The work that they did is very satisfactory. We are very happy with it. We spent more than $12000. They are very credible and they are very knowledgeable and responsive to their customer. We would rate them highly because of the rebate that they take care of. We would use them again in the future if necessary.

They were knowledgeable and were able to fix my air conditioning very quickly.

They came out and showed me which vents did what and how to use them. They charged no fee. They are very good to work with and very fair.

I will give Pronto Heating & Air Conditioning an "A" on everything. They were professional and did a good job. I will continue to use them.

I used Angies list to help my mother find a provider for a new furnace. Pronto was a great experience! When her furnace pooped out during the cold season all the other providers she called were quoting a week to get a new furnace installed. Pronto was able to come out the next day and they did an excellent job. She could not be more pleased! The installers were friendly and courteous, they cleaned up their work area nicely, and she felt she paid a fair price. She says she will enthusiastically recommend them to anyone needing a new furnace.

I had another company (not Pronto) come to my home to look at a small problem with my old furnace. The tech immediately (and without any instruction from me) started searching for cracks in the heat exchanger. He found cracks and proceeded to tell me he wanted to shut the furnace down and that I needed to buy a new one. At this point I was a little put off as all I wanted him to do was look at another problem and before you know it, he is looking for a reason to sell me a new furnace. At that point, I decided to not work with that firm and go look for another one to do the work. Pronto was very good in the sales cycle. Responsive, answered all my questions and was cheaper than the competition. Installation went very well. They even completed the rebate forms for me and did excellent follow up afterwards. All in all I am very pleased and am glad I went with Pronto. My gas consumption is less than half of what it was.

Salesman was superb. Installation was perfect. Company assisted with all rebate paperwork. Total experience was outstanding. I would hire them again without any hesitation.

Excellent process from estimate, to installation, to customer service for post installation questions. They worked with us on our budget and were fast and very professional with installation.

They put in the new furnace and air conditioning system that we purchased from them. We were initially going to go with just a new furnace but they found a leak in the a/c system so we decided to replace that as well. We love the new system. I also purchased the ecobee thermostat system so I could control the temperatures while away from home. They did an excellent job. Jack, the sales person showed up on time and explained everything thoroughly. He gave me a written and typed out estimate. The technicians that came and installed the system were extremely professional and did a great job, as well. They run a fabulous company and are very customer service oriented!

The whole process from setting up an appointment, gathering information, through the removal of the old and installation of the new went very well. Everyone was very pleasant and professional and took the time to answer all my questions and bring up some points that I hadn't thought of. I didn't feel rushed or pushed. I was offered various ways to make payment for the purchase. I appreciated the installer helping me set up the daily/weekend temperature & humidity schedule. A couple of weeks later when I needed help figuring out how to hold the temperature while on vacation, a very nice gentleman helped me walk through the process via the phone. I appreciated very much that the office staff took care of getting all the rebate forms ready for me, and set up the final city inspection appointments for the electrical and mechanical.

After gettting several quotes and some back & forth to make sure we were comparing apples to apples on different systems, we chose Pronto for our new furnace. The process went just as expected and was very smooth from start to finish. They were not the rock bottom lowest bid we got but we feel like they were the best bid overall for what was included. It was a high quality experience overall and we would recommend them.

CenterPoint Energy came out and told me the furnace needed to be replace. So, I contacted Pronto for a quote. The saleman told me that we should check the furnace before replacing it. A service man came out and determined that it did not need to be replaced - and he tuned it up. Keeping my existing furnace helped me to avoid a $2,000 - $3,000 expense. I think they were very ethical on the way this was handled.

Air Conditioning went out on a Friday night and I called 5 highly rated AC companies. 3 returned my call and Pronto was the only one that could come out that day to fix it. They called within 5 minutes and offerded a very reasonable emergency service call. Service was performed professionally and efficiently.

The experience was great. They came when they said they were going to come and charged the price they said they were going to charge. They gave us some advice on stuff. They were running a special.

The project went exceptionally well! Nick Bender, our sales and design representative from Pronto, came to the house on several occasions to meet with us and make recommendations. He was very knowledgeable and professional. The installation was done over the course of three days and the installers were likewise very professional. Their uniforms, vehicles, and equipment were spotless! Nick was readily accessible for the few inevitable questions that came up following the installation. We would highly recommend Pronto Heating and Air Conditioning for any age home (ours was built in 1949).

What a wonderful experience!! Our AC compressor failed (well, it actually just plain died) in early July - just as the 2001 summer heat wave arrived. Our fall project was going to be replacement of the furnace/AC and I'd begun to gather information on potential contractors. Already knew I was leaning toward Pronto -- so when Nick came out on short notice to review our needs, I knew within a short time that Pronto would receive my business. He arrived on the dot of the appointed time, was friendly while focused on the task at hand. Very, very empathetic with our situation and worked with me to recommended the best system for our needs. I've worked in a customer service business, and I can say without a doubt -- this is THE best experience I've had with any company doing work on our home. Nick was great at identifying options that would work, scoping those options against available rebates, sizing the units appropriately (meaning we didn't get more than we needed to heat/cool the house properly). I felt supported every step of the way --- and it was amazing how Nick and the other members of the team always seemed to know what question I'd be asking next! The install crew arrived on the dot, worked quietly, efficiently, and kept me informed on every step. They consulted with me prior to doing anything so I'd understand what they were doing and why. When does that happen! LOL. Other team members would show up periodically to complete certain phases of the project (delivery, haul away, etc) and kept the project moving like a symphony. The follow through after installation was perfect. The office support completed all the paperwork on my behalf and make the rebate request process so easy. I don't think they know how helpful that truly was. I've been recommending Pronto to all my friends and anyone who asks!!!!! Use these people - they are a wonderful local company with a great reputation for customer service -- all deserved.

I shopped around and received 5 different quotes. Pronto was tied for the lowest quote. The other 3 companies were significantly higher with one company at over double the lowest quotes. Mitch came to my house on two different days and was on time both days. He was very careful to keep things clean and not leave a mess. Mitch was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain things to me. There were no additional fees charged. I was impressed. I will be adding their yearly service plan.

Salesman was most professional of the 4 others that came in to give an estimate. Enough so that we decided to go with Pronto, even without the many years of experience of many of their competitors. workmen showed up exactly on time. were very careful and explained everything in detail. Finished the job and made sure i was totally comfortable with their work and the functioning of the thermostat and everything they had done. They made a small nick in the sheetrock and they offered to come out and repair or minimally give me a replacement filter for my trouble. either offer was all i could ask. I'm still waiting for the filter, but that being said, i havent called to ask and i certainly wont need a new one for months and months, so i'm not worried in the least. UPDATE- As assumed, Jack delivered a replacement filter.- Cant ask for more than that!

Performed as if right out of a TV add. Sales person knowledgable and experienced in product and instalation process. Analyized requirements and needs. Did a complete inspection of existing furnance and ductworks. Recommended best value and not most expensive. Instalation personnel were prompt, cleanly dressed, couteous, effecient (installed in less than one day), experts and explained everything when completed. Even offered to change air filters when the time came. Would recommend (and have) to others.

They were great! It was a very difficult job. The air handler in the attic was very large & needed to be cut apart to be removed. Their guys were wonderful! They never complained and were very professional. I just can’t say enough great things about them! I would highly recommend them. Their bid was in line with the others we received.

Worked with our time schedule, excellent communication (phone and email). Removed old furnace and air conditioner, cleaned up area, installed new furnace and air conditioner. I had questions; they immediately responded to my questions and again came out working with my time schedule, answerred my questions, explained city codes, made some adjustments (more to the appearance, not to the operation of the furnace or the air conditioner). They explained that this summer the air conditioner also needs to be tested. They have great products and just as important, they have great customer service. I am a very detailed person. I want things to work properly and look great; they came out a few times to see to that.

Company was excellent from the initial sales call, through install and after-service follow-up. New Furnace and A/C were installed the same day. Would definitely recommend these guys as the best around!

They are excellent overall. They were pretty prompt and very businesslike people.
