Arrived early and was very helpful reviewing all of our options.

The technician was prompt, polite and professional. I indicated the unit had a freon leak (as reported by a previous tech); Pronto immediatley scheduled a freon test to resolve the issue.

The Amtrol is working fine. However there is a Tekmar control unit that is failing to send a signal to the boiler to feed hot water over to the Amtrol. This unit will need to get replaced and now I’m waiting for an estimate on a new controller.

Great!! This is the second time Jesse has come to work on our air conditioner. He is efficient, knowledgeable and very very nice. I would recommend Pronto and Jesse highly.

It was great. My AC went out yesterday. I called at around 7:30 PM last night and Chris was able to come out today. He socially distanced, was very personable (let me dog jump on him to my embarrassment) and was very detailed in his explanation. It was a minor fix and he didn't try to make it more than it was. I will definitely use them again and will likely start more regular maintenance.

First, after being advised we are working from home, he called, while I was still working to try to start appointment early. Second, when he arrived in his Mercedes he asked if he should put on foot coverings, or a mask to enter my home, in my opinion, don't ask, put them on. Then after telling him I didn't care, he came in without them, supposedly to take a picture of my furnace, and lingered, don't linger in my house. He was going on about how my furnace wasn't up to code, and telling me about how the city would need to inspect for the permit. If you come in to take a photo take the photo and let's go back outside. I told him I wasn't comfortable talking in the house so he left, saying he would send a quote. He never sent a quote. Not impressed at all.

Great! Jeff was personable, professional and efficient in resolving my AC issue. Will use Pronto again.

I always ask for Robby and he did a great job disinfecting the drain line inside and really thoroughly cleaning the fins on the outside air conditioner unit.

It took two trips out for the turn-up of my new air conditioning unit. Second tech identified a wiring issue and replaced the leads and everything is up and running as expected.

We have Pronto's MVP maintenance plan which has been great. We get a furnace tuneup in the fall and the AC tuneup in the spring. They have always been reliable and helpful and they always clean up after doing the service.

They showed up early and took care of the AC unit. He made sure it was ready for the cooling season. He was quick and everything was in order and clean.

Always very informative and helpful. We like having Eric back twice a year for A/C and furnace

Contacted by Pronto that tech was free earlier than planned and asked if they could move up the schedule, which I did. Received an e-mail with the picture of the tech coming prior to his arrival. Ben was fast, efficient and friendly. Did a great job. Will definitely continue to use Pronto for my heating and cooling needs.

Pronto has a excellent record of hiring great technicians. They are kind, personable and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them to my friends. Next best thing to doing the work yourself...... without the headaches of doing the work yourself. Great business!!
