They also performed a safety check on my gas fireplace for no additional cost! i will for sure use them again.

(The rest of the air ducts work just fine). It was a small job, but they responded to our inquiry for service, unlike some of their competitors, and they found a fabulous solution for our home. Now we sleep comfortably!

Description of Work: When my AC and furnace unexpectedly bit the dust, I reached out to about a half-dozen contractors for bid. Wow, was that experience a mixed bag. And not the best overall. Finally, a friend recommended Pronto and I called them as a last resort. Turns out that they should have been the FIRST resort all along. I got a high-quality system for a fair price, speedy and seamless installation and excellent follow service. In a category with a high degree of variability in quality (and maybe honesty) Pronto is among the very best. And I recommend them regularly to friends.
