Green Team Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning

We had an initial mix-up on phone numbers but once resolved they were prompt to get things scheduled and clear in their explanation of things. My wife was home during their cleaning and said they were thorough, prompt and professional. Would hire again.

We were very satisfied with them. They were just very efficient and friendly. They did what we needed done in a minimal amount of time.

Great. I did not need any work done.

This was a $75 big deal purchase. It went well. I paid more than the price of the deal but I requested it. He did a good job. They came out, probably, two or three days after I bought the deal. They came in and he had some help. They waited to move the furniture, cleaned around the furniture and were ready to leave. They were very quick and were in and out.

They did an awesome job. Great communication, on time, were very professional and were very respectful of my family while they were there. From the initial contact to time they drove away they were completely professional and I would recommend to anyone looking to get their duct work cleaned. We did not have any carpet work done but when we do I will be calling them back.

Justin and Ryan have been cleaning my carpets for about a decade. My only concern about giving them such a stellar review is that I don't want them to get so busy that they might hire a crew, instead of doing the work themselves. I always recommend them without hesitation. They are so dedicated to pleasing the customer and doing everything possible to get the best cleaning result. Plus they are very nice, regular guys that you can trust completely.

They determined that cleaning was not necessary upon inspection. Greatly appreciate their honesty and they will be the first people I call when it does need to be done. Also will refer them to anyone I know needed a service they provide.

They confirmed our appointment the day before and called about 30 minutes before arriving. Justin & Ryan both showed up and started the inspection. They said that my duct system and furnace were both in good shape and didn't need cleaned. I was very surprised they just didn't do the cleaning; and they said they pride themselves in inspecting first to insure that the cleaning needed to be done. They then checked the dryer vent which did need to be done. There prices were very reasonable to start with, but to come out and spend their time to inspect first and save me the money was above and beyond in my opinion.

Everything went awesome starting from when I called to get information. I spoke with Justin on the phone to gather information about their services and cost and he was very competitive with his pricing. He was extremely personable and answered all my questions. Many of the things I wanted came standard with their services instead of having to pay multiple add on fees. When the day of service came, Justin and Ryan came right in the time window they gave me when I booked service. They were very polite and great to work with. They even asked to use the bathroom (I would have just used it!) and about their shoes etc. We are getting virtually no airflow in our upstairs bedrooms and Justin took the extra time to try and figure out the problem while Ryan wasted no time getting to work. They cleaned all my vents and even vacuumed by exhaust fan in the bathroom! That might be customary but it was a nice bonus I thought. My couches smell great, my vents are clean and blasting (on my main floor at least!). When they left, I hardly even knew they were there as there was no mess and parts of my house were even cleaner. Justin kept his word about not "nickel and diming" over different things and charged me a fair price. I honestly can't wait to have them back to do the carpets!

Very well. Showed up on time, and were done in under an hour. Removed and replaced 19 air duct plates, vacuumed ductwork, and showed me photos of the duct before cleaning-- it was badly overdue. Also cleaned clothes dryer vent. Pleasant and professional.

Justin and Ryan came to my house to clean the air ducts and the dryer vent. Although I have the dryer vent cleaned yearly, the air ducts have not been cleaned for about 15 years. Justin and Ryan were prompt and courteous. After checking three vents, they informed me that my air ducts did not need to be cleaned. They showed me that the vents just weren't dirty or dusty. They inferred that my husband does a good job of regularly changing the furnace filter - which is correct. They did clean my dryer vent, but there was so little lint in there, they didn't charge me for that, either. If they had performed the job, the work would have cost $270. This price seemed very reasonable compared to other companies. I appreciated their honest appraisal of my needs and would definitely recommend them and use them in the future.

Incredible. I bought a coupon and called Justin to schedule an appointment. He had quick availability and was prompt without any hiccups. He even called about 90min before arriving, perfectly within the window of time we had originally scheduled. Justin and his partner Ryan were awesome. Very nice, professional gentlemen who got right to work and didn't mess around for a second. Pointed some things out to me like how much debris was in my vents, that I wouldn't have to pay to clean certain things again, and even how to save money on air filters. I had a great experience with these guys and would recommend them to anyone.

They were wonderful! I considered buying new carpet, but decided to give them a try. Happy I did. My carpets look brand new. They moved my furniture and cleaned my dryer vent for no additional charge. I have a large home and was very pleased with their prices. They were quick and very responsive. Will use again!

I called and scheduled over the phone. I mentioned number of rooms and square footage, and he quoted an approximate price. Upon agreement of a date and 2 hour window, he asked me to text him the address and time as a confirmation. I did that. On the day of, he called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time with some helpers. He was professional and polite. We walked through the house and I told him what I needed. In my case, the carpets were in good condition and there was no furniture to move, but there is a lot of carpet to clean. I think the words "holy carpet" were uttered :) He provided a final price which was close to the original quote, and I agreed to go ahead. The team worked methodically, and found and pointed out several areas with small pre-existing stains that I did not know about. The carpets looked great after they were done. Overall, I found the provider to be very professional, reasonable, prompt and good value. Would definitely use again.

They called about 30 min before arriving and showed up at the time they said they would be here. They reviewed everything I asked them to do and gave me a price of $550.00 which was lower than any other quote I had received. They started at about noon and ended about 2:30pm. I am very happy with the results and would use them again.

I hired A+ to clean the air ducts of the home I just recently moved into. My son is highly allergic to cats and there was lots of cat dander throughout the home and the air ducts. A+ came out and cleaned, sanitized and removed all debris from the air ducts. They showed me a video of the air ducts during the cleaning process, so I was able to see all the dust that was removed. Plus they cleaned the dryer vent for free:) Thanks A+ for the great service and attention to detail!
