It went well from start to finish. Trevor arrived during the window I was given. He was friendly and efficient and answered all my questions. My fridge was making a strange and loud noise. It needed a new condenser fan. Trevor came back 2 days later and replaced; again he was on time and friendly and efficient. I would definitely hire again.

Great.Quit service plus couple years ago.Will go with them for all appliance repairs!Charge was totally within reason.Also family owned and thats what I like. Totally Pleased!

Jon was very thorough and came back 3 times to try different things to get it fixed. Professional and appropriate pricing.

They did return my call. When I called back, the woman on the other end sounded so bored and uninterested in helping me. I asked her if they even wanted the job. Her response was “we’re really busy. We have noThing available until the end if September.” I said I’d like someone sooner and that wouldn’t work. I can’t even remember how d she said d goodbye or just hung up. Made a terrible impression.

Excellent. Arrived on time. Diagnosed the problem. Had the proper part and resolved the issue.

Left a message describing jet- sound noise coming from my washer over 7/4 weekend and received an early morning call on Monday morning. He knew exactly the problem, asked the age of my washer and gave me an estimate. He also said that iit May be time to replace my 17 year-old washer. I thanked him and told him I would call him back after I received 2 other estimates from Angie’s List Recommendations. He wished me luck and that he would be happy to be of service. Very nice! In the end, decided to replace and not repair but, I will remember Direct Appliance for the future.

Excellent. Was able to reach them right away, schedule a time for the tech to come over, and informed about the cost beforehand. Tech notified me via text when he was on his way, was on time, efficient, and determined what part he needed and confirmed availability. He then scheduled the appointment to install. Same thing: notified when he was on the way; showed up, super efficient, knowledgeable, neat. Sent me the receipt for payment right away. This company and their people are excellent!

Determined the issue quickly, explained the problem, and recommended getting a new washing machine. Gave recommendations on which brands to buy.

Great. The service was very professional, timely, and performed quality repairs. When he completed our dishwasher, we asked him about an issue with our clothes washer. Again, he promptly fixed it. I made sure we got his business card so we can use him for other repairs that may arise.

Repair man replaced element and told us we should get dryer vent cleaned out.

First visit to diagnose and order a part. Second visit to repair it, and third visit to fix for free another part that broke within 24 hours.

Paid trip charge for tech to rock machine back and forth and suddenly started working again. A bit upset that that's all it was for me to pay a trip charge, but glad they were at least honest.

It went well. He determined it would be most beneficial to replace the dish washer.

Direct Home was great. I called in the morning and spoke with Patty, who was very helpful. She gave me Dave's number so I could let him know the specifics of the fridge issue and determine if it was worth fixing or if it was likely I would need to replace it. Dave was out on another call but got back to me right away and looked up the part that I needed and let me know the cost. Once I decided that replacing the part was the way to go, he was able to pick up the part and fit me in that afternoon, late on a Friday nonetheless. Great experience overall- I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

Unfortunately it took a week to get the part, no one to blame just not available. Service was very good otherwise.

They did a fantastic job and helped me with some great advice for our new home as well. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

repairman arrived, turned the dryer on immediately with the normal button. He could've left at that point but stayed and checked to see if there was anything wrong that might have caused the unit not to start. (apparently it was user error :). He found nothing, didn't charge for the trip and gave me his card because he was in the area that day and told me to call after running a load in case there was another problem. Classy

Fantastic! We were in a time slot of 10 - 12 and Dave rang our bell at 10:04. He replaced our garbage disposal with one we bought on Amazon in exactly 30 minutes. $69 for the service call and $40 for time on-site--well worth it. We got an automated text telling us when he was in route, and we had the invoice and receipt emailed to us before he was out the door. Why can't everyone be like these folks?
