Benson property was consistently on-time and their completion estimates were always accurate. Their attention to detail was evident in all of the work they performed. They even went above and beyond to correct the sub-standard work of the original builder and have vastly improved the look a energy efficiency of our home.

Working with Benson properties was very easy. I contacted Jason after a recent storm. He inspected our roof and confirmed that we had wind damage on two slopes of our roof. After dealing with the insurance company, I just had to pick out the shingles and set a date. The roofers were on time, professional and took care to cover our deck and shrubs. The best part was that they were FAST! They arrived in the morning and by late afternoon they were combing the grass to be sure no nails were left behind. Our house looks great with the new roof. I would definitely use Benson Properties in the future.

Great! They were very helpful throughout the entire process. They negotiated with my insurance company directly and was able to get everything covered. The representative was very helpful and answered the many questions I had along the way. I'd like to tell you that the actual labor went faster than I expected. The roof was completed by 5pm on a single day. The siding was also completed the following week which also took one day. I thought the way they handled my claim was done very professionally and I was given unrushed attention. I have referred them to some friends.

Benson is a contractor, and they hire different companies out to do the different types of work. One of the companies they used wasn't very good and damaged some of our property (broken windows) as well as not sealing up the roof. Imagine our surprise when we thought we had a new roof and experienced several new leaks - one of the leaks was over our built in hutch and caused water damage. We have a 100 year old house, and can't easily replace the original woodwork for the built in hutch. It is apparent that this is a newer company and haven't worked on older houses before. On the upside, they approached us about hail damage to the roof and siding and told us insurance should pay for it. After filing a claim, sure enough, insurance covered almost everything. They were very good in working with the insurance company. Right now we are waiting to get the check from the insurance company, and still waiting for a final bill from Benson. I don't think this company is quite worth my endorsement because of the damage that occurred. I will say, we pretty much got a new roof and siding that we would have never been able to pay for by ourselves. Next time, I will shop around more and do reference checks. They did replace the windows that they broke and sealed up the leaks. Exterior of the house looks better than it did before, and the water damage to the inside is visible, but not horrible. I'm not in the contracting business, but I imagine that they do inflate their costs knowing that insurance pays for the repairs rather than the homeowner.
