Service and performance of the job was great. Jon and his team were excellent. Had two jobs performed, cleaning of the duct work and ventilation system and inspection and capping of fireplace chimneys. Also provided a set of potential repairs to be considered for the chimney.

I had a great experience working with Airbroom Minnesota. Communication was clear from the estimate, all the way through job completion, and I never had to wait long for a reply. Before the job began, I was given a very clear estimate, and I was told up front about other costs could be incurred once the job began. The estimate also included a couple of proposals (such as refurbishing the chimney cap) to help me save money. I felt the price was reasonable, relative to other bids that I received. The job began on time as was completed in a reasonable amount of time. The technician that completed the job was friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. The work is quality. I was also very impressed the the clean up at the end of the job. It's really hard to tell that anyone was ever there. Overall, I'm pleased with the results. I would recommend to others.

John was incredibly professional from the quote to the finished work. He had to push the project out a couple of days due to an employees illness and he checked in with me everyday with an update. John was on the job most of the time and if he wasn't he checked in often. When it was all done he went through the operation of the chimney with me to show me how to have the best fire. He installed a cap on my furnace flue and fixed cracks in the firebox and did not charge for this work. There a lot of chimney relining companies out there and not all are reputable. Airbroom is a very fine company deadicated to making your chimney safe.

When the provider cleaned our air ducts we recently found out that he allowed all the dust and debris fall into the evaporator coil area of the furnace. This resulted in clogging up our evaporator coil and leaking. We had to pay an additional $250 to get our evaporator coil unclogged and cleaned. Watch out for this business!

Very pleased with the service and responsiveness from the first call until the job was completed. Job completed on budget and ahead of initial schedule.
