HELLO, WE DID EVERYTHING IN OUR POWER TO MAKE THE MEMBER HAPPY, SHORT OF GIVING AWAY FREE WORK. THERE WERE SOME ISSUES WITH HER WORK THAT I PERSONALLY WENT OUT AND LOOKED AT. I ASKED THE MEMBER IF WE TOOK CARE OF THESE ITEMS, WOULD SHE BE HAPPY? AFTER ASKING SEVERAL TIMES (WITH HER OLDEST SON PRESENT), SHE ANSWERED YES, SHE WOULD BE HAPPY. WE SENT OUR MEN BACK AND TOOK CARE OF HER CONCERNS (AT NO CHARGE OF COURSE) AND SHE STATED THAT SHE STILL WASN'T HAPPY. BUT WHEN I ASKED AGAIN AND AGAIN, SHE COULD NOT TELL ME WHAT WAS WRONG WITH OUR WORK. SHE JUST WASN'T HAPPY BUT SHE COULD NOT ELABORATE ON WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. I ASKED WHAT WOULD IT TAKE TO MAKE HER HAPPY? SHE STILL COULD NOT TELL ME WHAT WAS WRONG. THE MEMBER WAS JUST NOT HAPPY, WAS DETERMINED TO STAY THAT WAY, AND WANTED A DISCOUNT BECAUSE OF IT EVEN THOUGH HER SONS SAID THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE WORK ONCE WE CORRECTED THINGS. SHE DID STATE TO MY CUSTOMER SERVICE REP JEN, "THAT WE SAY 100% SATISFIED AND I'M NOT SATISFIED. I WANT A DISCOUNT." I STAND BY MY WORK TO THE EXTENT THAT IT IS DONE IN A WORKMANLIKE, PROFESSIONAL AND PROPER MANNER, AND WE TOOK CARE OF ANY ISSUES THAT WERE PRESENT. WE JUST DON'T GIVE DISCOUNTS OUT "JUST BECAUSE". WE ALSO SENT A CHECK BACK TO HER WITHIN 2 DAYS BEFORE SHE KNEW IT, WHEN SHE ACCIDENTALLY PAID US TOO MUCH.
