Woodland Painting Inc

Two years ago Woodland Painting painted the exterior of our house. We submitted the experience to Angie's List. The work was warrantied for 3 years. This summer I noticed a few spots on the house and deck railing that were peeling and I called Todd to ask if they would be able to remedy. Todd was out to the house within a couple of days, he said that typically they don't warrantee the deck railings for more than a year because of the weather exposure, but he said that was probably not excluded on our invoice. He willingly agreed to come out and do the scraping and touch ups. He was out within the next few days and did exactly that. I am so impressed with this company. It is one thing to have the work done and done well, which it was, but reacting to a request to honor the warranty can sometimes be a different experience. Not so with Woodland. Todd was every bit as responsive and professional this time and I continue to be so impressed. Hats off to this company!

They did a phenomenal job! Todd first came to provide us an estimate and describe the process. We were concerned about the price, but he was open to discussing ways to reduce the cost. When we decided to go ahead with the job, he scheduled us for 5-6 days of work into his calendar. Prior to the start of the job, he called to reconfirm. They showed up on time each day and if there were concerns the next day, I addressed them with Todd and he simply said "no problem." There were no questions asked. Also, they cleaned up any messes they had at the end of the day. At the completion of the job, Todd indicated for us to make a punch list and he would come back free of charge in about 2 weeks to touch up anything. He also stated that if there are any problems that come up following the touch up to contact him. We highly recommend him and would use him again.

Todd returned our call promptly and did an estimate. Two painters arrived at 8am, the time we had arranged with the painters and left at 4:30pm. After each day of work they cleaned up after themselves, including vacuuming and moving all the furniture back into place, so the rooms could be used. They did an excellent job and were friendly in addition.

They were very professional and did very good work. They answered any questions that I had and all though it was small job, I was very pleased. I am glad they didn't brush me off just because it was a small job like other companies do. I would recommend them.

Heath came to our house to do an estimate and gave us an Angie's List 10% discount. He adhered to the estimate. He (and his worker, Don) were super polite and thoughtful. The wallpaper removal job was very difficult but Heath and Don did the job in just one day and did it perfectly, all without the use of chemicals. They then patched the walls where it was needed and sanded everything smoothly. The next day they returned to do the painting and did the most fabulous job. I've never experienced such professionalism in a painting job. They were always on time at agreed-upon times and were immaculate in how they protected the carpeting and furniture and in the clean-up process..

They work with you if you have got any problems or concerns. They bend over backwards to make you comfortable.

They did a wonderful job. I would not hesitate to recommend Todd and his partner to anyone. They are extremely capable, neat, punctual, and friendly.

Excellent. Very flexible, we were having windows replaced at the same time, and they worked around the windows installation. They were very timely and did good, detailed work. The entire crew was professional.

Woodland did an excellent job. Todd is very professional, we felt comfortable with him from start to finish. The craftsmanship looks to be very good, and he went above and beyond to accommodate our schedule. The crew came back to finish some work that couldn't be completed until some woodwork we were having replaced was installed later than expected. A pleasure to deal with, I would definitely recommend using Woodland Painting.

Ben, who was the lead, and his team did an amazing job on this project. On the first day Todd (the owner) introduced Ben to me and explained that I could talk to Ben about any questions, concerns, etc. In addition to Ben, Todd was very involved in the process. Todd was at the house every morning and mid-afternoon reviewing the work being done on the home. In addition, Todd was continually checking in with me about my concerns and thoughts on the work. The team very thoroughly and carefully cleaned the entire house and then started on the prep work. They were very patient and precise on the prep work. They worked very hard on all the areas of the house that had been chipping, etc. They scraped and primed the home and then start to paint. They used the brush and roll method which very thoroughly covered the house. If I identified any area that I wanted touched up, I simply went to Ben and there was no resistance. Very professionally the team worked to delight the customer

Heath was prompt and professional. He provided a detail estimate to stain two decks on my house. However, even with Angie's 10% discount, his estimate came out higher than other estimates.

Heath provided an estimate the next day after my call. We discussed that I was not in a hurry & we left it at they would do the work in 5-6 weeks. Heath called after 3-4 weeks and said they would stain the deck Monday & could he come today (Thursday) to begin washing the deck? He stated on the message that he would not start work until he heard from me. I really appreciated that he did not just come out and start without confirming. Half the deck was washed that day & 1/2 on Friday. Monday we had rain and he could not stain that day. The deck and garage doors were finished on Tuesday and look fantastic! The deck looks almost like it's new! It was very, very dirty, gray and weathered before. I have hosta growing against the deck, and there is no stain on them. Heath did a really nice job for us!

I called the company for a bid. They got the information from me over the phone about the deck and promptly sent me a written estimate. I did not have this company do my deck work.

This team does excellent work. The work took 3.5 days and the crew arrived on time and each day cleaned up the areas. They take great care in their workmanship. Heath came our a week before with color samples for us to see on the wall before we made our final color choice. He was also very helpful with color suggestions that worked well together in all the rooms. We were so impressed that we have also hired them for some exterior work in the spring. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a perfect job done. EXCELLENT!!!

Excellent job. second time we've used woodland. Arrived on-time on Monday morning. We asked that they try to complete the job by end of Wednesday. They assigned 3 people (one owner) to the crew and worked diligently each day to get the job done. The end result looks great. We had them come back 2 days later to touch up one wall. The owner did it right on the spot. I would highly recommend them.

We found Woodland Painting through Angie's List and contacted WP via email. For his initial visit, Todd was on time, provided an estimate, and had an opening for October 23-25. It would take approximately 1 week to complete. He later confirmed that he would be at our home on October 23rd at 7:30 a.m. Todd arrived with two other team members (Mike and Don), and they were right on time! Todd and his team moved with such precision through our home that it was difficult for us to keep up with them. Throughout the entire job, Todd kept us informed on the progress. All were extremely courteous, professional, and very accommodating. They moved furniture, covered everything, and put everything back in place. There wasn't one paint drop or spill that could be detected. The entire job was completed in 4 days. Todd even hung a new picture for us in the foyer. It was like the christening of a new home and fresh look. Woodland Painting is outstanding!!!!

Todd was very easy to work with and very professional. He checked in personally and frequently during the project. Their estimate was similar to others and was given in writing with great detail, as well as orally. I would definatly hire again.

Very quick to provide a written estimate. Flexible during the job to add additional work to the project. Good at setting our expectations about schedule. Neat and professional. Showed up when we expected, with a crew of up to 3 people; project took about 1-2 weeks.

They painted the exterior of our 5000 sq ft house. It was brushed and rolled, not sprayed. I thought they were extremely flexible with me. They did an exceptional, high quality job on the painting. Their clean up was meticulous. They did a real nice job.

I thought they were very personable and attentive. They worked really hard to make the deck turn out perfect. I like them a lot.

They gave me an estimate on the same day I called. They were able to match the new stain to the old and covered worn spots very well. They were neat and efficient.

I cannot say enough positive things about Woodland Painting. From our 1st impression of Todd when he came to provide the estimate, through the completion of the project, this company & its employees demonstrated an extremely high degree of professionalism. Everyone we encountered was prompt, accommodating, neat, respectful, and timely. Their work was outstanding, including the daily clean up. The young men who painted the house (during excessive heat) were very hard-working. Todd was responsive and provided outstanding service - from helping with paint colors to providing ongoing status of the project. This is the best example of a service-providing company I can think of. This is also a testimony to the benefits of Angie's List because if you read the other reports on Woodland you will see the same types of comments from all of their clients. We will definitely call this company again when we need painting. They are the best.

THIS IS MY FIRST EXPERIENCE AS AN ANGIE'S LIST CONSUMER AND I AM WELL PLEASED. IN THE PAST, MY CHOICE OF REMODELERS.CONTRACTORS HAS BEEN A REAL HEADACHE. THIS HAS BEEN GREAT. YOU DON'T MIND PAYING FOR A JOB WELL DONE. THANKS!

At this time, no work done. We have hired Woodland Painting Inc. to power wash and seal our deck. The price seems to be in the ballpark for the market. Re price, we have a very large deck and the work includes a large table and benches as well as the framework of a screened in porch. I am not sure of the total bid at this time. since there are options We were pleased with the quick response and the salesman arrived on time to view the job and was very prompt with the bid. The work will be done in a few more weeks.
