I bought their big deal coupon when offered as I wanted the master bedroom painted and the Big Deal came along at the right time. They painted over a very bright pink in a room with a lot of unique angles and features in it. I had 2 painters for the day but the owner even pitched in a helped for a bit. I hired them for the master bedroom but they are so fast that they also got a small bedroom/office and finished a wall going into the basement. I couldn't have asked for more and they were great to work with.

There was a 3 person crew, including the owner. They were careful to tape off everything and let me know ahead of time when I needed to be out of the house. They kept me in the loop throughout the project. They cleaned up very well. They just did a top notch job.

These guys are amazing! We've used "buy now" painters before with Angie's List, but were never so impressed as we have been with Woodland Painting. They two guys on the job were very pleasant and knew exactly what to do and where to do it. They worked very hard. Their supervisor stopped in twice to make sure that everything was going well with the job and to answer any questions. They did a great job and we will definitely hire them again.

Owner didnt get to quite finish (I thought it looked complete!) so he came back the next week and finished. I admire and appreciate a person who takes pride in their craft, and will insist on the job being "done right".

Heath was the consummate professional. I asked for a touch up or two after the work was done and he obliged.

The first guy came right on time, so I was able to make it to work myself, which is always good. It is always a little nerve wracking when you leave you house open to a stranger, and there were supposed to be two guys, but one was late due to traffic, which is understandable. Did a very professional job, did a lot of work in 8 hours. Clean up was good - some plaster dust left , but not bad at all.

We bought a Big Deal from someone else to do wallpaper removal and then a Big Deal from Woodland Painting to paint our master bathroom and laundry/mudroom. The other company didn't work out, so Todd from Woodland Painting said he could remove the wallpaper and then paint. Todd was wonderful to work with! When we emailed with questions, he answered them almost immediately; and when the work was to be done, he came out and got his two men started and explained their process. His two men were also wonderful. They did a great job and cleaned up their mess, and our rooms are beautiful!!

I would highly recommend Woodland painting for any painting job, they were prompt, thorough, and did a meticulous job. They went above and beyond our expectations and we will be calling them for our next job.

Todd Anderson from Woodland Painting Inc. came to my home a few days after I purchased the deal from Angies list to discuss the proposed work. He was very professional and courteous. He gave me some valuable input on paint selection and the job was scheduled. The company sent a confirmation email and then contacted me a few days before the job date to confirm. The crew arrived on time and were professional and very respectful of my home. They even asked permission to play music while they worked. The job went smoothly and the results are wonderful! They did a fantastic clean up afterwards. I immediately hired them to do another room in my home. I highly recommend Woodland Painters Inc.

From the very beginning, Woodland Painters were professional, courteous, friendly, and timely. Heath came by to give an estimate, and once the work started he checked in constantly. The work was performed to perfection. Great care was taken to protect the floors and furniture, and everything was left very clean. We will definitely use Woodland again.

I purchased the Angie's List deal for two painters for a day for $399. They called me ahead of time to make sure they understood what I needed and to schedule painting. We then also spoke just a few days beforehand to discuss specifics and make sure I had everything for them ready when they got there. The painters showed up on time and ready to work and even took on some stenciling we had wanted them to do. Everything went very smoothly and we're very happy with the outcome. They were able to finish the work I asked them to do in the amount of time in the deal.

"How do I love thee? Let me count the ways"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you ever, ever want a beautiful room painted by the most professional, efficient, and personable of companies, you have to hire this one. The morning of our appointment the painters, and Todd (owner) showed up, right on schedule. Todd made sure the painters had all they needed and knew what we wanted done. He left saying he would be back later. The painters, Ben and Joel, were very efficient and personable. My husband had taped the woodwork, so the men started right in on painting. As they painted, they made sure the tape was snug against the wood so the paint wouldn't leak around. I can't even begin to tell you what a beautiful job they did. There wasn't a stray drop of paint anywhere. Our family room is quite large with a lot of shelving so it took them the better part of the day to finish with two coats. They took their lunch break while the 1st coat dried; no time wasted! Todd came back midday to check on things. That was a nice surprise. I don't often see owners of companies care so much about the work being done, and the customers feedback. Todd left, and said he'd be back later. With the family room finished, the painters started on the kitchen walls. They never said a word about the color (Positively Red) that we had chosen for the kitchen. I'm sure they were flabbergasted! We have a white "popcorn" ceiling, and I thought it would be a problem to keep the red paint from bleeding onto it. These guys are so good at what they do, there isn't a spot in the whole kitchen where there is stray red paint! When we had the walls painted years ago, by another company, some of the woodwork areas had stray paint on them. Ben happily told us what to do to clean old paint off and/or camouflage it. Their workday ended and there was Todd. He checked the rooms out and seemed to be pleased at what he saw. We talked about part of the kitchen that couldn't be finished in the allotted time. We paid the company's usual rate for the two hrs. extra that Ben painted the next day; we were happy to do so. Both my husband and I are so pleased with the results. I absolutely love my red kitchen, and our family room is beautiful. I can't believe we have not one paint spot, or extra touching up to do. There were quite a few areas on the walls that needed to be mudded, and since I removed all the old caulking around the kitchen sink and counters, that too, had to have work done. These guys were amazing. You can't tell where their work begins and where it ends. I have never been so delighted with anyone's work. Lately, I've been thinking the word professionalism and courtesy were words taken out of the dictionary, but this company has restored my faith! Thanks! As soon as we are able, we will definitely make arrangements with Woodland Painting, Inc. to paint our hallway and stairwell. This was an extremely positive experience.

We purchased the two painters for a day offer on Angie's list from Woodland Painting. We were able to get them scheduled promptly. They showed up on time and ready to work. They did an excellent job painting where needed and patched all nail holes and other defects professionally. I'd highly recommend them.

Before I purchased the coupon, I researched the company and it came highly recommended by Angie's List. I called for an estimate and was impressed with the punctuality and professionalism of the owner. He had worked as a painter for a long time before starting his own business which was important to me. He really knew the proper procedure of prepping and painting. The gentleman who came to paint a week later was very polite and very professional, as well. I was pleased with how careful he was about removing hardware and putting it back correctly. After he left, I noticed he missed a spot in the corner of the bathroom. One call to the owner, and he was at my house the next day to touch up the spot. My only wish was that I had more "leftover" paint for future touch ups. There was only a tiny bit left in the can. Oh well. That happens sometimes. I asked for estimates for painting the hallway and bedrooms for the summer. He was very reasonable and offered great advice on colors and scheduling. I am a very happy customer! Highly recommend!!!!

Received a very fast response and set up a time to provide an estimate. The estimate was thorough and appeared to be a decent value based on the other estimates i received. Ultimately i decided to complete a remodel prior to painting the house.

The work was beautifully done; the only problem was that condensation made some areas unpaintable, which was hardly their fault -- that office is a poorly-insulated addition. The office was completely transformed when they were done.

Todd did a great job in communicating with me. I wasn't able to start the job right away, so there were a number of back-and-forth emails about the job. And Todd responded promptly and every time. Todd was very punctual for the initial visit (to estimate the job) and very helpful and professional. Todd's painter did a very good job, and especially with the high entry area, which I'd never have been able to do myself. (The price I paid was for an Angie's List discount offer plus some additional for extra paint that had to be purchased.)

They cleaned up really well and always told us what they were going to do. They were very good.

First of all Todd and his crew were absolutely the pillar of professionalism. They needed approximately 6 days to complete the project which ended up expanding. They were also able to schedule around our other contractors that included hardwood flooring and drywall. Todd was incredibly helpful and efficient in helping me select colors. He even made some very easy suggestions on updating our built - in by spray painting the gold accents on the fireplace. They did that for us free of charge. As mentioned, the scope of our project changed during the time they were here and we changed from having the ceilings painted to having the exterior painted! We also asked them to stain our new baseboards and new door that was a change from the original bid. We got an immediate, on the spot, updated bid and the work commenced the same day. They really held my hand on a change to the exterior color that I am now thrilled about. His crew was very patient and professional as well. They did great work and really cared about the job, you could definitely tell. In fact, the last day they were there as they were cleaning up, another contractor caused a water issue in my kitchen on my brand new floors and all over my newly painted walls. They noticed the problem, we were able to correct it immediately, and they helped me clean it up. If they were not there, I fear what would have happened. If you are looking for a painter that goes the extra mile for your happiness and does a great job painting, look no further than Woodland. I will never use anyone else.

They painted the hallway. They did the hours, but not any extra. The work was good.
