Our experience with Trinity was positive from start to finish. We got 5 different estimates for our roof and gutters, and although Trinity was not the cheapest (the cheapest company failed to notice we had 2 layers of shingles and needed new gutters), they were very price competitive, had a thorough estimate for us and conducted themselves with the up-most integrity and professionalism. We worked with Kevin Hanson. He was punctual, very knowledgeable, and not a "pushy" salesman. He never tried to hide costs from us or up-sell with things we didn't need. In addition, the estimate that was provided (two layers of shingle removal, adding major venting to our attic and installing new gutters) was very close to our bill. He clearly outlined variables in the estimate for us and told us that should those variables occur he would discuss them with us beforehand. The work crew was very well mannered, they worked quickly and efficiently and we had a beautiful new roof in about 1.5 days. In addition, they did complete clean-up in our entire yard. We have yet to find a single roofing nail or debris left behind! Kevin walked through our site multiple times throughout the install, gave us constant feedback and even followed-up several weeks after the work was done. We highly recommend Trinity Exteriors for all roofing/gutter work. We plan on using them for our siding work as well (once we get there) since we were so happy with the professionalism and craftsmanship of the roof.

Talked to Kevin (Sales) on the phone about storm damage to my house. He came out inspected and gave a very competitive quote. He took the time out of his day to meet the inspector for my property and discuss the damages. Couldn't have asked for more from him. We all agreed on a final price and work was performed a few weeks later. They were done in a day and did a fantastic job on the roof and shed. Didn't find any problems after inspecting myself and they didn't leave a bunch of garbage around. Couldn't have been more please with the service I received. Highly recommend them!

Trinity handled the claims process and repairs very well in all respects. It was a complex job involving hail damage from the June 2012 storm. Our association has 43 units with different designs. Trinity (Kevin and Ted) were very professional and responsive through the entire process. Their crews did outstanding work - we are very pleased with the end result. Kevin worked closely with the adjuster to insure there were no communication problems with the insurance company. Trinity communicated well with the board and homeowners to make sure the repair process which took nearly 2 months went smoothly.

I had a fascia end-piece blow off the tallest part of my roof and I didn't have a ladder tall enough to reattach it. I contacted Trinity Exteriors to ask about a repair and Ted got back to me quickly. Not being able to explain exactly what part of the fascia was missing, Ted had me message him pictures the next day (which was a Friday). Again, he responded quickly after receiving the pictures and told me he would be out on Monday to replace the piece and that he would do it for free! It's not as if it was a big repair, but Ted did have to take the time to come out and do it (about a 20-mile round trip), and I certainly wasn't expecting to have it done for free. That was a pleasant surprise. As promised, the repair was completed that Monday, and it looks great.

Last fall, October 2011, I asked a handful of roofing companies to come out and talk to me about the condition of my roof. Trinity was one of the two that were able to come out. Nick, the representative from Trinity, told me the terrible condition of the shingles in a large portion of the front of the house was due to having shingles that were part of the Certainteed shingle recall. He advised me the roof could wait until spring. This spring, April 2012, I asked Trinity and two other companies to come back to quote on replacing the shingles and doing gutter replacement at the same time. Trinity was chosen due to their strong customer service orientation, which was obvious during the quoting process. When I had any questions, I could call or email Nick and be certain of a response within a few hours. When I had specific technical questions about the roof or gutters, Ted (the owner) would come out the same day to talk me through it. It turned out to be a really good choice to pick Trinity. The work was done very carefully and professionally. The crew cleaned up around the house extremely well. I found only a handful of debris after they were done, most of it from behind a dense hydrangea bush. Trinity provided all the information I needed to submit the refund claim form to Certainteed, and sent in the shingle sample for me. The gutter installer was also very careful. The gutters look great and (as far as I know with so little rain) drain properly. We had a small misunderstanding about the downspouts, but they were very responsive and took care of the concern immediately. I highly recommend Trinity to anyone that needs a quality roof and gutter job.

I called for an estimate, and they came within a day or so. Once we agreed on the price, the project was done in a week!

I initially called them for an estimate and they had someone here within hours. They started on the day they said they were going to start. It was a hot day and they worked their tails off. They came the next day and finished up. Their prices were good and they cleaned up the yard when they were finished.

This company was EXCEPTIONAL to work with. Ted, the estimator, arrived on time and listened to what I needed to do and my concerns. He suggested alternatives, including less expensive work that would accomplish the same thing. Work was done on time or early. Workers were meticulous in cleaning up. I could not be more pleased with work.

He was more casual and we liked that. He was just a little slower. I asked for some houses to see and I never got the address. He came out and was super. The customer service was good. He came with ideas and stopped by here quite often. I think he was very, very busy. He was good. I was just wasn’t getting the address to look at his work. He wasn’t quite quick. He didn’t get color themes. I don’t want to say anything negative because he is nice. He didn’t charge me for the estimate. He was never quite on time and that wasn’t why we didn’t go with him. His personality was good. He does roofing too.

First off, let me say that Kevin Hanson with Trinity Exteriors is fantastic! My wife had been battling with our insurance company for 2 years, trying to get them to pay for a new roof because of hail damage we had sustained. We knew we had damage, but they had refused our requests twice. Our only option then was to go to arbitration, an action that would cost us $450. We needed to pick a roofing company to be our advocate, so I checked Angie's list and picked Trinity because of their great reviews. After a call, Kevin promptly came out to inspect our roof to see if he thought we had hail damage. He told us he would not be our advocate if he didn't think we had damage. Kevin agreed we had damage, and took pictures to prove it. Kevin also told us there was an individual that worked for Trinity that used to be an arbiter, and that he would be the one that would meet with the insurance company adjuster. He did, and together they picked an arbiter. It was our lucky day because the arbiter agreed with us. We picked out a color for our shingles, and agreed upon the price and set a date that worked for us both. Before that date arrived, Kevin came to our door with a different color shingle that he thought would look great and also bring out the color of the brick on the front of our house. We absolutely loved the new color, and were so happy that he had kept looking. We picked the new one and promptly on the morning of the day we had agreed upon, the crew was there to do our roof. They did a great job on the roof and the clean up, finished in one day, and we were particularly happy that they used a large truck for the waste instead of scraping up our driveway with a dumpster. One other thing, Kevin subtracted the $450 we paid for the arbitration from the price of our roof. My wife and I are so happy with our new roof, and all the work Kevin and Trinity Exteriors did for us. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof. Thanks again Trinity.

This company did great job. The estimator was out within 5 hours of my call. ( I never heard from another company that I called at the same time.) Joel informed me that the damage was going to require a new roof and would be paid for by the insurance company. He completed the estimate that day and was present when the insurance company came to inspect the roof. He folowed up quickly both with me and the insurance company. They met all their deadlines. Their work crew was quiet and industrious. Overall a great job. Joel was a terrific representative for this company.

I worked with Nick Swanson, field supervisor, of Trinity Exteriors. He responded to my first request promptly and was personable, knowledgeable, and communicated clearly what needed to be done. While our roof replacement was not due to 100% storm damage and insurance claims were not involved, it was still clear that this company has had experience dealing with damage claims and is willing to take the time to meet and coordinate with insurance adjusters if needed. I contacted Trinity at an extremely busy time of the year prior to the first snowfall and I assume Trinity was very busy finishing work; however, that did not appear to effect their communication and willingness to meet and drop off samples of shingles etc. or the job itself. And I was pleased they could fit us into their schedule before the snow and ice came. They contacted and updated us to when to expect the delivery of materials and the work crew. The work crew was very professional and finished the job in one day. They were pleasant and respectful toward alley and garage access of our neighbors. Plus, there was no evidence that work had been done the following day except for a newly shingled roof. They have excellent customer service. They show up when scheduled and work efficiently to finished on scheduled. I really like working with them.

They were great. The tried to help us get it covered by insurance and gave a reasonable estimate when the claim was denied. They were out to do the work within a week and finished it in just over a day. The crew was great!

First enagaged with NIck. He was very courteous and knowlegeable while assesing pricing and explaning insurance process. Workers were great, didnt speak much English, but enough to get by. Roof was completed in a single day and they did a good job cleaning up. Was nice to see another representative the following day doing quality control. Was disappointed that there was not a single shingle left for future use - replacement / repair.

The project went great. They came out and gave us a thorough estimate and brought samples of shingles as well. They were very easy to work with. Once the roof replacement was scheduled it was completed in one day while we were at work. The completed project looks great and passed inspection without any issues. The company was very responsive and checked in with us the next day and a couple of weeks after the project to make sure we were still happy with everything.

Ted came as a recommendation from my insurance agent. I asked him to examine our roof after a hail storm. He Showed up exactly at the time we set up, climbed on the roof and examined it for hail damage. Upon finding enough damage to call our adjuster he then met with them and we now have a new roof! The installers worked amazingly hard and finished the job in a little over a day. They replaced some rotten soffit and facia as needed and then put on great new gutters. They gutter guy had to come back a few times to work through some issues we had with big valleys but he always worked with a smile and was happy to accommodate our requests for downspout locations and stuff. I highly recommend Ted and Trinity exteriors!

They did a fine job. They were courteous and hardworking. We had a couple of issues. They came the next day and fixed it.

I had hail and wind damage to my roof. I had to wait for the insurance company to respond. Neil was present at the appointment with my insurance company and even pointed out other damage that I hadn't noticed. Trinity staff were very responsive and professional. It was late in the season and they agreed to replace the roof prior to winter setting in. They completed the job in two days. They even had to shovel snow off the roof to start the job. They cleaned up quickly. I would recommend Trinity to others and would also use them again.

Ken from Trinity came out to look at our roof following a hailstorm. He was very conscientious and polite and did a very thorough job of analyzing the full damage from the storm. He and his coworker literally spent multiple (at least 4) hours on our roof and around the exterior measuring, documenting, etc. He found damage that our insurance adjuster had missed and worked with him to get the insurance company to cover the additional items. He was very helpful in advising what to look out for when working with the insurance company to make sure the proper payment is made. We were very comfortable with Trinity and their service and trustworthiness. Unfortunately we eventually decided to replace our asphalt roof with metal and therefore Trinity was unable to perform the installation since asphalt is where their expertise lies. We were disappointed we didn't get a chance to reward them with our business but would do so if the opportunity arose in the future.

Great. Not one complaint. They came out and put on my roof in 1 day, came back a week later and installed the vinyl siding and window wraps in 2 days and finished the gutters the same week. Trinity's service was very quick and clean with attention to detail that met my expectations. I would highly recommend using them.

Two salesmen from Trinity came to my house to go over the project I was having them bid. I was a bit put off by them asking about insurance claims pretty much right of the bat. They did do a fairly thorough job of inspecting and taking measurements. Their price was about average to high when considering they were the only company that bid PVC soffit and fascia, when aluminum was asked for. They also were the only company that didn't provided a price for windows, as they prefer the client to pick-out their windows beforehand.
