Very smooth. The Ins company did not pay the full amount and closed out the claim and Trinity contacted them and get it all resolved.

In one word: Fabulous! Never thought I'd say that about a contractor! While I'm sure all of their sales staff is high caliber, but still to make sure, ask for Kevin. He has gone beyond the call of duty time and again. He has put in extra time, has gone to bat with me with the insurance company, and has been a true pleasure to work with. In fact, because I was so impressed, I gave him a $100 gift certificate to a fancy restaurant so he could take his wife out for dinner. That was out of my pocket and for no other reason than he deserved it and I was grateful. My house looks incredible -- ask my neighbors. If you ask to see a makeover, I'm sure they'll show you mine. It went from black and white to green and rose. I was insistent that the job not be left out to the elements if there would be rain. They accomodated me, even though they, other contractors and even the insurance company said it wasn't necessary. One day ONE man did an entire side of my house -- the biggest side -- by himself! It was amazing to watch. This man was serious, focused, professional, hard-working, respectful. It as as if he was working on his own home. I wasn't there the other day it took them (just two days total!) to do the other three sides, but I'm in love with how it looks. They were great about cleaning up after themselves. Except that my house looked totally different, you wouldn't even have known anyone had been there. I interviewed four companies from Angie's List. This one came out tops in terms of Kevin, their selection of colors, the quality of the product and the price. Little did I know how easy they would all be to work with. It's rare to have this experience, speaking from past experience, and I'm grateful for it. Kevin is still negotiating with the insurance company to not just get a part of my roof fixed but the whole thing. He's held this vision for almost four months now, and he won't stop until he gets it done. Truth is, it is roof code, but the insurance company is balking. Choose Trinity -- and Kevin.

I spent about $18000 on the job. They were excellent. I will absolutely use them again in the future.

Working with Trinity Exteriors was a great experience. They educated me on the different types of shingles manufactured today and gave me many different options. The sales crew was very knowledgable and professional to work with. The production crew was on time everyday, careful of my landscaping, and the craftsmanship was excellent. I was impressed with the process from start to finish. I have recommended Trinity to friends and family.

Aftter my home was damagerd by a severe storm, Trintiy exteriors was able to work with me and my insurance company to restore my home. The sales & production team was always available before, during, and after the project to answer any of my questions in a prompt courteous manner. They were extremely knowledable throughout the entire process of my claim. They also had a variety of products and options to help me choose from in order to complete my project. Although my project was extensive requiring many different trades, the work was completed on time and the crews did a great job with the clean up. With very little inconvenience, my home was restored with no unexpected costs and on time. My home looks great and I have recommended Trinity Exteriors to my friends and family.

My house was damaged by hail in May 2008. I contracted Trinity Exteriors to repair the damage. My insurance company was very slow in completing the necessary paperwork to begin the project, so the roof didn't go on until November and the siding went on in December. Trinity Exteriors was very professional. They worked well with me and my insurance company. The house looks great.

We're somewhat skeptical at first, but found working with Trinity Exteriors to be a delight. Responsive, honest, detailed and a great finished product. We couldn't be more happy and would recommend to anyone considering work on your house.

We were very pleased with their promptness, courtesy and the information and quality of product we were offered. If not for the siding warranty, we would have chosen Trinity for our roofing after seeing their work next door(I was so impressed when after the power went out in our area they went out and got a generator so they could keep working and stay on schedule-also how immaculate the yard was after they were finished).

The house was hit by hail in May. When roofers were out to offer their services, Trinity knew their stuff and were not pushy. The roof was on in one day after a few weeks wait. And, the siding was on in two days about a few weeks later. Jay was very helpful when it came time to deal with the insurance company, he looked out for me and my interests. The insurance company was originally only going to pay for the siding to be replaced in patches; Jay convinced them to pay for new siding over the whole house. They upgraded my shingles and included add-ons for free.

They were good, they were very professional, after the storm we had a lot of other companies coming around trying to get us to do the work and this company was very professional and trustworthy.
