+ -1 moreAFTER LEAVING MULTIPLE MESSAGES OVER THE COURSE OF ONE WEEK EXPRESSING INTEREST IN HIRING THEM, THEY NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS. I ENDED UP HIRING SOMEONE ELSE.
Description of Work: I MOVED INTO A NEW HOUSE AND DID NOT HAVE TIME TO DO YARD WORK. OUR REALTOR RECOMMENDED TEAM LAWN.

+ -1 moreWEEKLY LAWN SERVICE AND 5 TREATMENTS. LAWN MOWING WAS $35 PER MOW. PRICE WAS DECENT, ACCOUNT REP WAS KIND AND RESPONSIVE, BUT THE WORK WAS SO-SO. DAMAGED MY SIDING, BUT THEY DID HAVE IT FIXED WHEN I POINTED IT OUT. MY YARD IS 1/3 ACRE; LAWN WAS MOWED, EDGES TRIMMED AND GRASS BLOWN OFF DRIVE AND SIDEWALKS ALL IN LESS THAN 10 MINUTES. THE TEAM WORKS INSANELY FAST AND DOESN'T SEEM TOO CAREFUL. TWO MOWERS WORK SIMULTANEOUSLY, BUT THE MOWERS WEREN'T ALWAYS SET TO SAME HEIGHT; THIS LEFT A JAGGED EDGE DOWN THE MIDDLE WHERE THEY CAME TOGETHER. STRIPS AND SPOTS WERE OFTEN MISSED AND THEY REPEATEDLY SWERVED INTO THE NEIGHBORS YARD TO AVOID GOING AROUND OBSTACLES. THIS WOULD CAUSE A 'S' SHAPED LOW STRIP TO BE MOWED INTO THE NEIGHBOR'S LAWN. THEY WEREN'T SO BAD THAT I EVER BOTHERED CANCELING AND SWITCHING COMPANIES, BUT I WILL BE TRYING A DIFFERENT COMPANY NEXT YEAR.
