Washing was adequate. Issue was with billing. First bill was $50 overcharged. After asking to review bill, worker called office and bill was reduced to $25 overcharged. Finally called owner and went through bill item by item until overcharge was removed. Also, they tax their work at the Minneapolis rate. This work was done in Bloomington which has a lesser rate.

We have used Sonic Services previously and would again. They were punctual and very professional.

This is the second year we’ve used Sonic Services and again we can say enough about how good they are. Very Professional, great work, fairly priced. We will use them every year for our windows.

The windows are clean. I was a little uncertain as to the value of a housewash, but the house does look a lot better. Like windows, sometimes you have to see the dirt gone before you know how much there was of it.

Wonderful. They were professional and polite. They were on time and efficient. We were very pleased with the quality of their work. Windows were completely cleaned (no dirty corners or edges) and streak free. Also, when calling to schedule they were able to provide service in a reasonable time frame. Once scheduled, they confirmed ahead of time and accurately tracked some of the details in our request.

Sonic did a superior job of cleaning up the exterior of the house's years of dried on dirt and bird droppings. The gutters and soffits look brand new! The front porch is so clean the local birds won't know they are at our house! Windows actually sparkle and look as though there are no window panes. Would definitely have Sonic services repeat this service again.

The windows look fabulous! Nick also pointed out a couple concerns about screens and window locks that need to be addressed. I will definitely hire them again!

The windows James cleaned are so clear you can't even tell there is a window there. James is a very personable young man with a strong work ethic and I will definitely refer him to friends and have him come back in the spring for both indoor and outdoor window cleaning.

My experience with Sonic was wonderful, professional, respectful of our homes and best of all they did a beautiful job on my windows. I contracted them to not only do my home but 10 other homes in our neighborhood. We have large 2-Story homes with very large windows, and I was very impressed with how clear and clean they were at the completion of the job. I highly recommend this company for your window washing needs. I know they will be our choice for next summer when we do our annual window washing again.

Not only was the completed job in a timely manner, but the windows look amazing! Their kind service and attention to detail was really appreciated. I only wish they were available exclusively for our home due to our two slobbering dogs.

I was told to expect the crew around 2:00 in the afternoon on the scheduled day. I received a call around 2:30 PM letting me know that an employee had a family emergency and rescheduled it for later in the week. I was very understanding and did not have an issue with this reschedule. On the second attempt we had another no-show and a call stating that we would once again need to reschedule due to over booking. I understood given that they may of been short staffed that week. On the third attempt I received a message stating that the weather looked as though there would be storms and that the crew would need to reschedule. It was warm and the sun was shining. I told the contractor that there was no issue with weather and that at this point I should find another contractor to do the work, at which point the contractor offered to be there within the hour. I opted to move on and use a different contractor. Thought I tried to be flexible and understanding, I felt like I was just getting excuses by the time the third cancelation popped up.
