Description of Work: They replaced our furnace and A/C and sized it appropriately. The house is definitely warmer now. They were neat and clean and easy to deal with.

Description of Work: We bought a furnace and air conditioner from Residential when we moved into our townhouse. They installed the furnace in front of the door so it blocked access to our water heater and the storage space beyond it. Also the door wouldn't shut unless you force it to scrape across the furnace. Residential insisted it had to be this way and there was nothing they could do. This spring we had a contractor in for some other work and he detected a gas leak by the furnace. We called the Residential emergency line on Saturday but they did not respond. We called Centerpoint Energy the next day and they shut off the gas and tagged the furnace. According to CenterPoint, The installer technically did nothing wrong but it wasn't good workmanship. They suggested we hire someone else to move the furnace and redo the installation. Residential finally called back two days later and left a message. We have hired another company to move the furnace rather than deal with the poor customer service at Residential.

Description of Work: Installed 3 wall mounted mini-split AC units inside the house and the condenser outside. | |Very well, all the work was done with a minimum of disruption to the house and my schedule. (Work was finished in less than a day.) The new AC system is a huge improvement on the window mounted units we'd previously used. They did a great job of putting the required tubes in a closet and covering the outdoor tubing (it looks like a bit of extra gutter drainspout.)

The installation took one day including removal of all old system debris, power and thermostat hookup and on roof chimney inspection. I would highly recommend Residential Heating and Air Conditioning.

Description of Work: Installation of Carrier Infinity furnace and A/C went very well. Electrician came on time and did his installation in a timely manner. Follow up technician put the proper amount of refrigerant into AC unit, but he was not as familiar with the control Touch Pad. My Xcel rebate for the A/C was delayed, but the office person helped me on getting it. Overall a good experience.

Description of Work: Kyle identified a future problem during routine maintenance, a failing circuit board, and installed the one the supplier sent. When it didn't work he ordered the right one through the manufacturer, and there was not and extra charge for the extra visit.

Description of Work: Grant arrived promptly when he said he would. He had to explain EVERYTHING to me as it was my first duct cleaning at my new home which is 12 years old now. Because it was built and I never cleaned out the ducts he suggested the roto brush along with the air sweep and I concurred. He was very professional and responsive to my nervousness about the whole deal. I feel this was very well done by Grant. His suggestions for the future have been taken under advisement. Thanks
