Description of Work: They cleaned my furnace, ducts, dryvent, airconditioner and air exchanger. They were great about explaining what I needed to do to prevent less expense the next time. Hadn't been done in 3 1/2 yrs so they did the robo-brush which made it more expensive. Very polite and careful. Came early but called first. Careful about not letting my pets out.

It went great.
Description of Work: They installed heating and air in my house. They showed up on time with installation, set-up, and duct cleaning. My heating and air was installed in a day. There employee who set-up my system was very informative. I would use time again in the future.

Project has not been done.
Description of Work: I emailed their company and received a reply promptly the next morning. What I needed done was to have an island range vent installed and some heating duct work done. Also needed was an air exchange installed to compensate for the range hood. I received a call from the "head" of that area of expertise. He seemed mildly interested in the job. He then asked where I lived, when I told him Minneapolis, 1 block from Edina, he suddenly reversed and said, that actually, they don't do that type of work. He recommended I go to the store where I bought my fan and they would probably install it (not true). I will let the reader decide what all that meant.

Description of Work: Contact Sales Manager failed to complete a bid, and failed to return phone calls. I choose another company. This was very surprising given how high they were related.

Description of Work: I had the HVAC in my house checked after several people detected a natural gas smell. The gentleman was right on time, did everything I asked, and for the price quoted. They came out within hours of my phone call and called me ahead of time to let me know when to expect them.
