Perfection Plus Cleaning

Eight days after contacting them, they still haven't responded.

I would have been happy if I had requested a normal cleaning but I was not thrilled with the thoroughness of the cleaning for it being ready to put in the market. I had to go through and clean items like window sills, front door, switch plates etc. after they left.

Susan took my initial call and was very helpful and accommodating by scheduling me within a couple of days. On the scheduled date, 2 employees arrived right on time. They took care of everything I could have hoped for and more. They stayed a full 30 minutes extra even though they were under no obligation to continue. In return, I have a really clean house and a sense I've found a company I can go back to on a regular basis.

Did an excellent job cleaning my house as I moved out. No detail was too small. They cleaned garage(without me asking) and pulled out forgotten towels left in bathroom and cleaning solutions under sink. Excellent work at a great price(promotional pricing).

All the cleaning went well and as planned.

I had reached out to the company two times in 3 days. Maybe a little excessive but considering there was a 2-hour turn around time guarantee, I thought it was appropriate. I have yet to receive any kind of response. ****UPDATE**** Since posting this review, Angie's List support reached out to me and it turns out the email address that was being used when you selected the and quot;email providerand quot; link was incorrect. I have changed my rating given this was not the providers fault or doing; and knowing they worked to get the reasoning and resolution to me I feel this shows the integrity of the company. I would definitely be willing to try and use their services in the future.

First of all, the owner, Susan Casaus, came to my home to ask my what my budget and needs were. She went over details that could be done or skipped for my price range. Getting up the dog hair, inside the couch cushions, the fronts of the cabinets in the kitchen were important to me, besides the basic cleaning needed. The next day, Mary Lou and Maribelle showed up on time, and began instantly on the top floor. I left to do errands, and when I returned, I noticed the disgusting spider webs in the front light and around the surrounding door, were gone! When I stepped into my home, the vent to the left of the door, was clean and dusted. The window jam where the window slides back and forth, was cleaned out. My home smelled great and carpets were edged with a vacuum - I could tell instantly because the dog hair was GONE! All the bathrooms were very clean, as I have a household of boys, AND I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER! (If you have boys, you know what I mean!) The deck was swept off and the grill was cleaned up! The kitchen garbage can was cleaned inside and out, and the cabinet that I keep it in, was disinfected as well! All the carpeted stairs were vacuumed and railings were dusted - they even replaced a burnt out light bulb in my bathroom! I could see one of my arm chairs in the living room was moved a bit (I had it covering up a 3 year old juice stain in my white carpet!) -but the stain was now GONE! I never even pointed this out to the owner or the cleaners! Amazing! Today I noticed that all my ceilings fans are dusted and every window jam and vent in my home was done, not just by the front door. All this was done for my original quote - and there was a vase of white daisy's on my kitchen counter, with a note thanking ME for my business! It is so easy to keep it clean now - besides having a wonderfully clean house, I have more time with my family! I think this company just saved my marriage!

My husband hired Perfection plus to clean our house for my birthday gift. What a treat. Very affordable and we felt that we got a great job done. Perfection Plus cleaning service went above and beyond. it was pleasure of dealing with them, they were very professional and courteous. I was amazed how flexible they were with my crazy work schedule. I definitely wont wait a year before hiring perfection plus again.
