Excellent! KWR-Pauling Homes recommenced house repairs and upgrades to the house so that it would attract buyers. They orchestrated the repairs, upgrades and staging. The sale went better than I ever could have expected. It was my first experience selling a house and they held my hand from beginning to end. I interviewed three different agents and this team quoted me the highest sale price. Not only was it the right price but they sold it within 3 days for more money than we asked. Unfortunately, we could not find a condo we liked so we rented for a year. When we were ready to look again I contacted the team and they were, again, with me all the way. We found the perfect place. For our move to Minnesota, we needed to find a home quickly. Billy visited a home we were interested in and, based on his assessment of the home and the market, we put in an offer sight unseen. The quick turn around was painless - 30 day close and we never felt worried about our decision because Billy was so professional and responsive. For our move nearly 2 years later to Louisiana, we needed to sell that same house. While the rush wasn't there, it was still something we wanted to happen quickly and easily while we tried to find a home in New Orleans. Billy prepared us so well - tips on how to get the house ready, how to stage, how to price - that we were under contract within 36 hours of listing. In the first 24 hours, we had 10 showing and three offers. We sold over asking, and again the process was painless and pleasant. I wish we could use him for ALL of our home purchases/sales regardless of which state we live!

It went really well. Billy brought in a consultant to review what needed to be done to stage the house. He also helped us decide how much we wanted to upgrade/fix before we put the house up for sale. We are first time home sellers and Billy was very patient with all our questions. We interviewed two other real estate agents and Billy's asking price was the highest. We sold the house in just a few days for more than we were asking. Billy proactively stayed in touch during the entire process. He responded to my emails and phone calls in minutes. We were not disappointed! At our first meeting we felt that Billy was genuine, honest, and reliable. We knew in order to sell our house we would need to make upgrades. I was apprehensive just thinking about the process. But Billy put us at ease with his calm demeanor and positivity. Throughout the process, he was always quick to respond to calls or texts. He gave us great referrals for staging and knew a guy who did kitchen counters for a good price. His team also helped us buy a home. They traveled quite a distance with us to look at homes in the area we were searching. When our house hit the market, we were flooded with requests for showings.
