They are prompt, very easy to work with. They are very personable and reasonable. They are very good at document ion and it has been low maintenance but very effective.

`We have used Naturalawn for the past 3 years and have seen the health and appearance of our lawn improve significantly. We had a ton of creeping charlie which has diminished to almost nothing over time. We chose Naturalawn as a safer alternative to the harsh chemical fertilizers and indiscriminate weed sprayings of other lawn companies. Even our neighbor, who uses a different lawn service, was impressed by the thoroughness of Naturalawn's aeration and overseeding process. The service people, as well as the guys in the office, are always very friendly, professional and knowledgeable, always taking the time to ask if we have any questions. They also always sweep up any fertilizer that gets on the driveway, sidewalk and patio.

Seemless. They come, they do their biz and go. I think it takes a year to judge the real results. The lawn is stronger this year than last, although the lawn improved significantly the first year of the service. I like the natural, slow release of the approach. I don't get that "really quick greening followed by a yellowing" I got from more traditional services.

I contacted them because they use more natural products. They came and have done two applications to date. They always come when they say and leave the bill in the door.

I have been using their services for about two years. I like that they call me before they come out. They come, do a good job and leave. It is very hassle free.

I will have to report back in the spring. The work was done promptly and, if requested, they will call you the night before they plan to come out. I choose this option because I have a dog and want to be sure that I have a plan to have her out of the yard for 24 hours after they visit.

Not good. Called twice, no one picks up the phone, only answering machine, left messages to call me back never did.

They were very good about contacting us and did not over sell their services. They seemed very knowledgeable and had a lot to share in terms of personalized notes every time they did treatment. It was a very good experience.

We had a ton of home repair/remodeling work done this summer, and our lawn really suffered for it. Piles of lumber everywhere, trailers and small equipment driven across it, etc. Having worked with Naturalawn in the past, they were the first company we thought to call once the work on our house was finished and we had access to our yard again. Dustin came out the next day to take a look at the lawn and gave me his recommendations for what we could do to start re-establishing the grass. A couple of weeks later, the technician showed up to aerate, fertilize, and seed. Everything went well and we have already seen some regrowth in a few areas. We will be re-upping our monthly service contract with Naturalawn next spring.

They are very earth friendly, prompt and courteous. They are very knowledgeable, and solved our problems.

They use only natural products, they don't use any chemicals. They were able to put down pellets to get rid of a really bad mole problem that I had which drove the moles away and did not kill them. I've had a number of lawn companies throughout the years and they are the only ones who call a few days before they come out to make sure it's ok and to also check to see if there is anything special that I would like to have done.

The only problem so far is pretty small. Apparently a little chemical spilled over at one small spot in the lawn on the side of the house. Otherwise, the service has been prompt and efficient. When I called for information about how soon after the pre-emergent treatment was made I could seed a few little bare spots, the person who responded answered courteously.

The company was working within a two week window for the first treatment. They new it was new sod that had been damaged during a lawn irrigation installation post-sod. After the treatment, they consulted me about what they saw, what was treated, and how to move forward. The technician also gave me some options to think about regarding general care of the lawn moving forward. The only negative was the amount of granular fertilizer left on concrete sidewalks and paver patio. He used a blower to remove some of the granular, but since it contains iron, it would still leave a rust stain if it became wet. I will consult with him next time to not scatter as much onto patio.

They came six times this season and my lawn looks great, with very few weeds remaining.

This company has been very good to work with. They call several days before they come out and let us know when they will come. When they show up, they let us know (if we are home) what they are doing and answer any questions.

After a summer of little rain, our yard looked horrible, so we called Naturalawn. We have two small children, so minimal use of toxic chemicals is a priority. The technicians were prompt in giving us an estimate for treatment. I had an Angie's list coupon for $50 off the annual program, but there were only two treatments left for the season, so the technician allowed me to apply it towards next year's service. They have only been out once so far, but we have already noticed a dramatic reduction in weeds. Everyone I've had contact with, has been pleasant and helpful.

They are responsive when problems are identified.

Our lawn has improved dramatically after only 5 applications. They also recommend other things we should do to our lawn to improve it. When the lawn was too dry for spot treating, we were told to call and they would come out, specially to treat the weeds, as we saw them reappear.

Justin answered the phone on my first call. He was very pleasant and helpful. He explained that he did not do the work I required and suggested a landscaper repair the lawn. Then their company would be happy to take over the lawn care- fertilization, weed control, etc.

This price included the soil analysis. Everything seems to be ok.

THE COMPANY ALWAYS CALLED BEFORE THEY CAME OUT TO FERTILIZE. I FEEL GOOD ABOUT USING A PRODUCT THAT DOESN'T DAMAGE THE ENVIRONMENT AND FEEL CONFIDENT ABOUT LETTING MY CHILDREN AND PETS PLAY ON THE LAWN THE SAME DAY IT'S TREATED. THE LAWN LOOKS BETTER THAN EVER WITHOUT USING TOXIC CHEMICALS.

VERY PROMPT IN THEIR RESPONSE. CHOSE THIS COMPANY BASED ON PRICE AND THE FACT THAT THEY USE ORGANIC BASED FERTILIZERS AND WILL ALSO SPRAY FOR WEEDS TO GET THEM UNDER CONTROL.

OUR LAWN LOOKS BEAUTIFUL AND I LOVE THAT IT IS BEING DONE WITHOUT DAMAGING THE ENVIRONMENT. IT IS THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS. COMPANY DID GREAT JOB- LET US KNOW WHEN THEY WERE COMING AND COST OF APPLICATIONS IN ADVANCE.

INCREDIBLE SERVICE. I CALLED THE COMPANY BECAUSE OF GROWING DEAD PATCHES OF GRASS. THEY CAME OUT AND DETERMINED IT WAS A GRUB PROBLEM (BAD YEAR FOR THOSE). RETURNED SEVERAL TIMES TO TREAT THE AFFECTED AREAS AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. PROMPT RESPONSE TO PHONE CALLS.
