Description of Work: I brought my toyota highlander in for the brakes, they gave me a much better estimate than other garages, and they did a great job. Very professional and they were done with it earlier than expected which was great. Now we take my son's car there for service as well with the same great service.

 + -1 moreI HAD TAKEN MY CAR TO OTHER REPAIR SHOPS, INCLUDING DEALERS, AND DESPITE SPENDING A LOT OF MONEY, MY CAR STILL DIDN'T RUN TO MY SATISFACTION. THIS GARAGE QUICKLY FIGURED OUT WHAT WAS WRONG AND FIXED IT. I HAVE USED THEM SEVERAL TIMES SINCE AND HAVE HAD EXCELLENT LUCK WITH THEIR WORK.

 + -1 moreMORE EXPENSIVE THAN THE DEALER, LOWER QUALITY PARTS. SHOCK REPLACEMENT CAME BACK AT APPROX $1000 FOR ALL 4, $510 OF THIS IN PARTS (ABOUT $125 PER SHOCK). SHOCKS TO BE USED WERE KYBS (NOT A GREAT BRAND), WHICH ARE READILY AVAILABLE FOR 40-60 PER SHOCK RETAIL. DEALER QUOTE FOR SAME WORK WAS THE SAME, BUT USED BOGE SHOCKS (WHICH ARE SUBSTANTIALLY MORE DURABLE). AC TROUBLESHOOTING COST $250, WHICH IS USUALLY APPLIED TOWARDS COMPRESSOR REPLACEMENT, BUT NOT IN THIS CASE. RATE FOR REPLACEMENT OF COMPRESSOR WAS $1400,AGAIN HIGHER THAN DEALER. I EXPECT BETTER PRICES FROM AN INDEPENDENT SHOP, DON''T SEE ANY POINT TO HAVING THIS PLACE AROUND. GOT MY OWN PARTS OFF THE WEB AND FOUND A GOOD INDY SHOP, SAVED OVER 50.
