Bill was the only agent that was willing to list our home for its true value and he sold it in 7 days. Bill also was reasonable in his requests of us. Other agents wanted us to spend money on staging, and Bill made it work with what we had. He also gave us good advice during the negotiation, and helped us reach favorable terms.

As a first-time home buyer, my experience working with Bill was exceptional! Not only was he able to locate and secure my IDEAL PROPERTY, he was with me every step of the way to assure I understood the processes and all of my options. He is knowledgeable of the properties in his markets, and real estate in general. Thanks to his expertise and diligence, we were always one step ahead. Here are some highlights of my experience... * Bill was willing to advise me through juggling multiple offers on multiple properties, which can get stressful. He maintained a can-do attitude while offering realistic expectations and solutions, meaning I never had any surprises thrown at me and ultimately was able to get exactly what I wanted from this experience. * The house I wound up buying was only on the public market for 2 business days before the listing closed due to an overwhelming response. We walked through the property mid-day on a Friday, and filed the winning-offer by 9:00 AM the following Monday. Had I hired a realtor that wasn't completely on top of my needs and my market, it easily would have slipped through the cracks. * The offer he compiled was done on extremely short notice and wound up being PERFECT. This property was bank-owned, and therefore priced to sell. The property was listed on a Thursday and they received so many offers for the listed asking price throughout the fist weekend that they stopped accepting offers at 9AM the following Monday. Thanks to his expertise, Bill advised I offer a price slightly higher than the listed asking price. It was a complete gamble, and couldn't have worked out better. Our offer was the third highest offer, but the only one adhering to the seller's terms/time-frame. If I had offered anything higher, I would have paid too much. Likewise, if I had offered anything lower we would have been overlooked. * Bill perpetually balanced optimism and practicality throughout this entire process, but especially when it came time to close. The closing date was changed four times on this purchase, shifting from Sept. 18th all the way to October 15th. All of these changes were due to changes/delays/errors on the sellers end, and therefore out of our control. As you can imagine, I had began preparing my life for a big move to happen at the end of September - which was not convenient when these delays began occurring. Bill was able to keep me calm and collected while advising what I could/could not or should/should not be doing to help prepare myself and my property. While it may have only existed to me, he provided a sense of progress where there was none. This facade of productivity kept me eager and hopeful during a process that was otherwise frustrating and stressful by nature. His patience and superior communication skills made all the difference!

Bill was refereed to us from a friend after having testing some other real estate agents. From the start he was above and beyond better than they were. He sent us new listing almost daily that were very tailored to what we were looking for. When we found one that we liked he set up showings at times that worked with our schedule. He answered questions when we asked and helped us to make an informed decision. Once we found the house we wanted he guided us through the entire home buying process which was great as this was our first home purchase. This included negotiating in a radon system and a new roof. The title company and especially the inspection company he recommenced were great as well. I would recommend Bill to anyone who asked and use him again when / if we need to.
