 + -1 moreTwo men arrived, introduced themselves, came inside and took a tour of the junk to be removed. They got started right away, they worked hard and worked steady. They were pleasant and respectful. They even took the time to calm my dog whenever she started barking. Overall they were excellent. When they finished, they used the smartphone to electronically collect payment from my credit card and send a receipt to my email, which was very fast and very efficient. Loved it!! They get an A+ for: Courteous and professional attitude, business-like approach, efficient planning and staging of the load while being very careful not to bump into walls/floors/doorways. A very hard-working team who handed off tasks to each other and continuously made steady progress. I would definitely recommend them to others, and I would defninitely use them again myself in the future.nets
Description of Work: From the basement, they removed 2 treadmills, 2 large filing cabinets, several computers/ printers/ monitors, old phones, old cassette/CD/DVD players, miscellaneous electronics components / wires/ cables/ batteries, 1 tire, several UPS battery systems, antiquated audiovisual equipment, a couple of pieces of broken furniture (book shelves, utility shelves, and computer desks). From the upper floor, they removed 2 big and very heavy, antiquated TV sets - very heavy - and they took them down a flight of stairs to the ground floor without scratching the paint or causing any damage to carpets, walls, doors, etc. Also they took about 14 boxes full of heavy VHS tapes, 2 medium-sized filing cabinets filled with Toastmaster books, in addition to several boxes of old Toastmasters manuals, several large bags of women's clothing, several bags of curtains and curtain rods, a couple of electric fans, a couple of small sewing machines and a Singer dress form, an old vacuum cleaner. There were quite a lot of assorted books, notebooks, and heavy boxes. There were also several free-form piles (not contained in bags or boxes), just piled high with lots of junk from the basement and attic, which they removed without complaining, just kept on going and going and going. From the garage, they removed 5 tires. Total volume of junk filled up 1 and 1/3 truck.
