+ 1 moreI think his attitude was a little laid back because he did not keep time of the time he spent on the job and showed up for the job late. This caused my husband problems because he had to go work and needed to reschedule some of his conferences because of this. It also did not go well because he seemed unprofessional at that level. We felt that he had another job going on and would not tell us. He would be gone for a long time and then come back so we wondered where he had been. He could have cleaned up better and done some of the sod work a little better. I will not use him again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Jeff Stoeffer Construction to replace 12 missing blocks around our garage. He also did the concrete apron in front of our garage and graded a little of the landscape on the side of the garage making sure that the water drained away from the house.

+ -1 moreI will probably use him. He seemed pretty solid. He was one out of several different concrete companies I was looking at and read reviews on. He was really straight-forward when giving me the quote telling me what I needed to do and what I didn't need to do. He was easy to work with.
Description of Work: I used Jeff Stoffer Construction for a quote, but I haven't had him do the work yet. He gave me several different options, but the quote ended up being around $2500. The quote was on work for a concrete slab and some steps.

+ -1 moreThe experience was very good and the quality of work was excellent. He was punctual and kept me informed about his schedules. The price was also good and I was very satisfied with the work.
Description of Work: He demolished our old garage, driveway and parking place. He also poured new foundation for new garage, driveway and sidewalk.
