house cleaning
+ -1 moreI ASKED FOR THE SAME CLEANER EACH TIME AND ASKED FOR A SPECIFIC CLEANER AND REQUESTS WAS NOT MET. THEY DID HOWEVER SEND THE SAME PEOPLE WORKING AS A TEAM OF TWO. THE WORK WAS OK THE FIRST TIME OR TWO AND WENT STEADILY DOWNHILL. I WAS FORTUNATE ENOUGH TO BE HOME THE LAST TIME AND THEY CLAIMED TO BE DONE CLEANING MY ENTIRE HOME AFTER 50 MINUTES. I ASKED WHAT ABOUT THE DOWN BATH AND THE GLASS TABLETOP ON MY OAK TABLES AND ONE OF THE CLEANERS SAID THE ENTIRE DOWNSTAIRS WAS DONE. THE OTHER CLEANER WENT TO CHECK AND NOTED IT HAD NOT BEEN DONE SO SHE THEN DID THE WORK. ALSO SKIPPED DUSTING FRONT OF TV AND MY LOWER LEVEL BATH THAT IS THE ONE MY THREE YOUNG SONS USE BY THEIR BEDROOMS. ONE CLEANER SAID SHE DID NOT KNOW THEY WERE TO DO THAT BATH ALSO AS THE FIRST TIME A CLEANER WAS HERE WAS ASKED NOT TO CLEAN DUE TO MY JUST INSTALLING TILE AND IT WAS WET AND NOT SET. I HAD THE DOOR OPEN TO THE BATH. I CAN NOT IMAGINE THAT THE BATH HAD NOT BEEN WIPED DOWN BY THEM IN MANY TIMES TO MY HOUSE. COBWEBS

+ -1 moreTHE CLEANING OF MY HOME GOT PROGRESSIVELY WORSE. DID NOT SHOW UP TO CLEAN ONE TIME. DID NOT CLEAN SEVERAL ROOMS. SPOTS OF FOOD WERE LEFT ON THE KITCHEN COUNTERS. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
