 + -1 moreHe was great! He & his assistant who handled my call were very professional, friendly and warm. He was very friendly & professional during the appointment. I passed inspection & he gave me a detailed document with everything he found, as required, in a timely manner. He was also incredibly reasonably priced - I remember paying much more in the past.
Description of Work: Truth in Housing Inspection - Before you put your house up for sale in the Minneapolis area it is required.

 + -1 moreDon Hedquist came to our house, removed shoes as to not soil carpet. He introduced himself and began his inspection promptly. He inspected plumbing, electrical, structural, co detectors, smoke detectors, garage, to name a few. He made several suggestions for improvement. The inspection went very well and I was very satisfied he did a good job.
Description of Work: Performed a "Truth in Housing Inspection" required before sale of home in Minneapolis, MN Inspector was very knowledgeable, thorough, fair and friendly. He would be invited back anytime.

 + -1 moreTHE INSPECTION WAS DONE ON THE RECOMMENDATION OF MY REALTOR. I FELT THAT FOR WHAT I PAID, I DID NOT GET MY MONEY'S WORTH. MUCH OF THE REPORT WAS STANDARD BOILERPLATE INFORMATION AND AS I HAVE OWNED SEVERAL HOMES, NONE OF THE INFORMATION WAS NEWS TO ME. I DID NOT LEARN ANYTHING SPECIFIC ABOUT THE HOUSE I WAS BUYING. I WOULD NOT GET ANOTHER HOME INSPECTION AS A BUYER -- WASTE OF MONEY.
Description of Work: PERFORMED A PHYSICAL INSPECTION OF A HOME I HAD CONTRACTED TO PURCHASE. THE INSPECTION INCLUDED A WRITTEN REPORT OF FINDINGS.
