Excellent work!!!

We had our garage spring and cables break. It was a bit of an emergency as both our cars were in the garage and it wouldn t open. They came out on a Sunday morning and replaced the spring and cables and double checked that the opener and other components were working as well. They were quick, efficient and gave me other things to keep in mind with maintenance going forward. They weren t pushy and did a great job.

They gave me a realistic quote and unlike other garage door repair companies, were able to come out right away to get it fixed. Friendly service, explained things well, and gave a decent warranty.

I would hire this company again. They were on time, professional, and very polite. They were honest in their estimates. They job was done excellent.

They did an excellent job!! Communication was excellent and they were on time! Cleaned up after they were done. The job (not them necessarily) was a little higher than I was anticipating but I guess you get what you pay for! Nice job guys, I wouldn t hesitate to reach out to you again!

They pointed out areas where my garage door was stil in good shape, but items that I could keep an eye on for the future. Im in Duluth, my daughter is in Minneapolis with a garage door that she couldn't open. I got Universal Garage For three Home Advisor. Within 10 minutes I had a call from Universal with a time frame for being there, \arrived right n time. Technician was very pleasant to talk with he explained to my daughter what the problem was and fixed int. All is well. Overall a very good company to do business with,esp[ecially since I an 175 mies from the problem. 5 stars.

Lee responded right away for my request for help on a Sunday morning. He quickly diagnosed the problem. When I had some questions after he left, I was able to get ahold of him right away.
