Mark is awesome!!! Came home after work on a Wednesday and the garage cable broke. If not fixed by Thursday morning I wouldn t be able to deal with it until the following week. Mark was willing to come out at 8pm and fix the door. He also did some maintenance on another door s sensors at no extra charge. Entire service call was so convenient and VERY affordable. I HIGHLY recommend Universal Garage Door......and I m not and easy customer to please!

They respond quick, Rob is friendly, energetic, technically confident in his work, which enables him to work quickly and safely and enjoys seeing the customer pleased with his work.

They came over the same morning the tortion spring broke, and were able to replace both springs very quickly, however, it cost over $250.00, and when I asked him to adjust the door so it would open completely, he stated I needed a new opener because mine was not strong enough to open my heavy door. After 5 minutes of research on the internet I found the adjustment needed, and in less than 30 seconds had the door opener adjusted and working properly. Appears he was trying to sell more services that were not needed. I do not recommend this company unless you need emergency response for a clear issue.

I called when my garage door opener failed. They had a technician here 3 hours later. Robert explained all my options, including cost and the time in which the job could be completed. He installed a newly opened and peripherals and explained how everything worked in a professional friendly manner. I would definitely recommend this company.
