Need electrician to solve my problem.

Talked to them in the morning, and they were out early afternoon to do a garage door opener replacement. Mark was exceptionally efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was impressed with the great customer service and would highly recommend this company.

They came over the same morning the tortion spring broke, and were able to replace both springs very quickly, however, it cost over $250.00, and when I asked him to adjust the door so it would open completely, he stated I needed a new opener because mine was not strong enough to open my heavy door. After 5 minutes of research on the internet I found the adjustment needed, and in less than 30 seconds had the door opener adjusted and working properly. Appears he was trying to sell more services that were not needed. I do not recommend this company unless you need emergency response for a clear issue.

I called when my garage door opener failed. They had a technician here 3 hours later. Robert explained all my options, including cost and the time in which the job could be completed. He installed a newly opened and peripherals and explained how everything worked in a professional friendly manner. I would definitely recommend this company.

Robert was great. He outlined my options including the costs, answered my questions, and installed the opener efficiently. If I have future garage door problems I would definitely call Universal Garage Door again.
