The colors look great. I had previously picked out ideas for colors before Jane came so I had a good idea of what I wanted, she helped refine the look. The entire process of in house consultation took less than 4 hours. Jane made a list of the rooms and colors to give to the painters which was nice. Jane had color samples on bigger pieces of paper which would be helpful if someone was having difficulty deciding what colors to choose. She additionally had samples of the colors mailed to our house which is nice to have for matching furniture, bedding, decorations, etc. Jane has a good eye and did a very good job with colors. However, if I had it to do again, I would look into a per hour model for payment. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted before her visit so maybe it didn't take as long as a usual color consultation. A little over 3 hours of in house consultation, paint samples (on paper), grass cloth samples, and 20 or so e-mails over the next few days for $450.

I am a repeat customer of Embellishments Design Studio and will continue to call Jane-Marie when I need anything related to interior design. She has an incredible eye, tremendous responsiveness and customer service, and high quality standards. Each of the projects turned out very well and are just what I was hoping for in each case. I was equally impressed with her sub-contractors who handled installation of flooring and window treatments. The contractors were highly professional and did quality work. I can't say enough good things about Jane-Marie and her services.

Jane-Marie came recommended to me by my brother. It was a great recommendation. She had previously helped him with a custom window seat in his home. It was lovely and he was very happy with Jean-Marie's consultation and services. From the moment that I contacted Jane-Marie the experience was wonderful. She is highly professional, very poised, has great communcation skills, and tremendous follow-through and project management skills. She has a tremendous eye for detail and is incredibly thorough. After our initial consultation, Jane-Marie quickly honed in on fabrics that would be to my taste, in keeping with the decor of our home, and suitable for the intended use. From a world of seemingly endless possible choices, Jane-Marie narrowed the field with her skilled eye and discerning taste and made it easy for me to make final fabric selections. When the two cushions went into production, Jane-Marie provided periodic updates. She oversaw all aspects of production and ensured that the cushions met the exact specifications. She is a stickler for details and quality and she ensured that the final products were done with exceptionally high quality. At time of delivery, Jane-Marie personally brought the cushions out, installed them, and provided fabric care instructions verbally and in writing. We are very happy with the end result and are already on to our next projects with Jane-Marie!

We were very impressed by our experience. We began planning the space in late March, and it was fully completed during the last week of August. What took the most time was obtaining furniture pieces that had to be ordered. Jane-Marie managed and oversaw not only the design, but she also coordinated deliveries and arranged for various contractors to compete their part of the work. She is very talented, easy to work with and very much worth what we paid. Given all she did, we consider her a bargain, who delivered not only great work, but great value. We did exceed our self-imposed budget, but we got exactly the oasis we were looking for. We highly recommend Embellishments Design Studio.

Jane-Marie came to our home and we worked on a color plan for painting most of the interior of the home. Our home is new construction so it was all the same. She had every color swatch imaginable with her to use in our selections. She was helpful at looking at how colors worked with our trim, woodwork, window treatments, etc. We have also previously woked with her on designing custom built ins, wall coverings, etc for our front room and dining room. She is extremely professional, has wonderful ideas and design aesthetic. I would highly recommend working with Jane-Marie.
