+ -1 moreMy most recent job for Dan was to do some repairs at a home after renters moved out. It included fixing a window screen, replacing a screen door, replacing a sink stopper, replacing a ceiling fan, replacing a shower head and replacing/painting a panel of siding. Dan told me when he could do the job, showed up when he said he would and completed the work quickly. I give Dan the highest recommendation possible. My only reservation is that he may become too popular to be available for my jobs!
Description of Work: I've used Dan Anderson as my handyman for about 3 years. I own 3 rental properties and a commercial building and he's worked on them all. A partial list of things he's done for me: painting, building a deck, repairing siding, replacing screens, general repairs. His rate is $60/hour and he is worth every penny.
