It was just fine. They were very prompt and very customer service focused.

The customer service stood out; it was fantastic. When there was a little bit of a problem, they came right back out and took care of it. Sometimes you do get what you pay for. They were extremely responsive and very professional. The folks that came out were just very, very nice. They were understanding of what we wanted. They actually bent over backwards to give us what we wanted. We would absolutely use them again.

The painters came out and power washed and painted while I was at work. There were a few small areas where the primer was still showing through. I emailed about those areas and the crew came back out and touched them up. The timing of the job was a bit up in there air as there was never a firm date set as we were waiting on the repairs to be completed first. But the job was completed in good time. The house looks great.

They seem to do a good job, and I haven't had any issues.

Sarah and Kelly, the owners, did a wonderful job explaining the work involved and made sure we understood the process and products to be used. They made sure I was happy with the daily progress and had excellent communication during the time the painters were here. The crew was pleasant, respectful and I was sad to see them leave! We are very happy with the job and would highly recommend them.

What I loved about Kelly & Sara right away was that there was no high pressure sales pitch and their price was reasonable. They helped us pick the color scheme for our house (which was stressful without any help), and they get you free paint samples from Sherwin Williams. The crew was professional, courteous and hard-working. Domingo did a bunch of carpentry work on some rotting siding and his work was excellent. Sara talked with me a bunch throughout the painting process to make sure I was completely satisfied and happy with how everything turned out. They didn't even ask for payment until a week after the job was finished because they wanted to give us time to make sure everything was finished and done to our satisfaction. We are extremely happy with the transition of our house - it looks like a new house! - and their customer service. Highly recommended.

It went great. The painter Scott did a great job. Because we thought we would be out of town while the painting happened, I called Sara at Certapro to ask if she would like me to send a check before we left. Her response was that she did not want that because she wanted me to see the completed work and make sure I was completely satisfied with the job before paying. Really refreshing!

They were very helpful from assistance I picking the paint thru final inspection. They very curtious. All work was done on time and with no hidden surprises. I would highly recommend them.

They came out to give me a free estimate and we're quick and polite. Took a long time to get the job scheduled (4-6weeks) because of backlog. Once they started, it was finished in a couple of days. Seems like a quality job.

The company was fairly new when we hired it for the job, but it was a great experience nonetheless. They did quality work, charged a reasonable price, and had excellent customer service. In addition, they left the job site very clean, and all of the rooms look great.

The owner was very attentive and responsive, did a quality job with the painting, and caused only minor damage to some landscaping. Ultimately, we were happy with the end result and would recommend the company to others.

If the driver of this Lincoln MLK labeled as a CertaPro Painters company, who actually happens to be the owner Kelly gives you the business like he drives his rolling billboard with the license plate COLORPRO, you would best serve yourself and others by looking for another professional in this line of work. He is going to hurt himself or sadly someone else with his agressive driving skills.

Despite the unusual amount of cold and rain this spring the project was completed in a timely manner. The painter obviously had a lot of experience and seemed to enjoy his work (I hate painting which is why I hired out; I'm glad someone likes to do this). The house looks refreshed.

The crew was quick & worked solid to finish a very large project in 3 days. They were great at cleaning up. Communication via email/text/phone was tricky at first to get a start date. In addition, I would have just preferred to do my own patchwork seeing the final of that. Overall good though.

Excellent! Kelly provided us a thorough estimate and broke it down for us so it was easy to understand. We had a ton of rain at the time and Kelly kept us in the loop regarding timing from beginning to end. The paint team he sent us were courteous & flexible. They were responsive to our feedback and requests as the project evolved. I would definitely use them again.

We use CertaPro painter to paint the interior part of our garage. We were impressed with their professionalism; from the moment they came to give us an estimate up to the time of the clean up. They took their time to look at our garage and explain it to us what they would in detail before giving us an estimate on the project. My wife was perfectionist and she asked the painter to re-do some of the half-done project (we told them to spend as much time as he needed, no rush). He re-did it without complain and ended up spending an extra one and half day. We did not get extra charge or anything. Our garage was raw and never been painted before. The end result, it looked better than what we expected. I would certainly use them again in the future.

Walls were completely trashed when Certapro came in - holes in the walls, major sword marks, glue from whre my son had a cork board. He was involved in Tae Kwon Doe and used his walls for his practice of his swords and his kicks. Their person came in and replaced teh sheet rock where the cork board had been and taped, patched, puddied and painted. The walls are flawless. After all is said and one the room is beautiful. We would definately recommend them again.

They did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend them. The painters were excellent. They did a fabulous job. They were efficient. Their team were perfectionists. They worked 12 hour days. They did extra work I asked them to do. Other professionals came by and complimented me on the paint job.

They did a good job. The guy that came to set it up kind of seemed like he would be the one to do the job, but he wasn't. They provided a decent enough service.

Originally, another franchise owner quoted the job, I signed the contract and he never showed. He decided not to do the job because he had under estimated the price. That franchise owner is no longer with CertaPro. I contacted Eric Featherstone. He and CertaPro agreed to honor the original quote even though it was at a loss to them. Eric and his team did a great job with the painting. More importantly, Eric and CertaPro showed great professionalism by fixing a problem they had not caused.

CertaPro did a great job! From the professional proposal right through the painting, the experience was much better than I expected from a painting contractor. The quality of work was great, but what was impressive was the excellent communication. I knew exactly what to expect in terms of the project,...and they delivered it above and beyond. They are the best and I will be using them again!
