Description of Work: We have engaged this contractor to provide an estimate for prepping and painting 32 townhomes. The HOA has not selected a contractor as of today, but this contractor was the most professional, most knowledgable and did an excellent job of explaining the entire process, what needed to be completed and what didn't, etc. I would certainly recommend this contractor based on the professionalism demonstrated to date.

Description of Work: New ceiling textured and two rooms painted. They did the work but we had to point out numerous problems and poor painting . The end job was fine but I made them repaint one room almost three times , they did it , but one feels bad about being so critical.

Description of Work: Beautiful exterior painting of my 45 year old stucco home. Certipro owners Sara and Kelly were the most wonderful contractors I have ever had the pleasure of hiring. This is the 3rd home I have owned and restored....so I have had many encounters with contractors....and these 2 are the BEST. My home needed extensive repairs due to poor repairs by previous owner. My only advice would be that if you need repairs....you may be better off if you know a company that charges less than $65.00 an hour. The painting was top notch....and my house is the most beautiful in the neighborhood!

Very well.
Description of Work: I had my popcorn ceilings scraped and re-done with knock down. The process is very messy and dusty, but the workers did their best to minimize the mess. There was actually a problem on one of the ceilings with a fan that wasn't properly attached. They immediately called someone to fix that (at minimal cost) and no delay to the ceilings. The cleaned up very well before leaving. I was very satisfied with the work.
