They did a terrific job as far as the work went except for the timliness and clean up. They would name a day and time and not show up at all some days. The project drug on about 2 months. I think it happened because they do a lot of rental properties and knew we did not need a definitive end date to get a renter in. I gave the painter a folding chair to put a fan on because it was very hot. He used it in place of a step stool and got a ton of sheet rock dust all over it and it has a fabric cushion. The work looks great and Aleksey, the owner apologized (very nice guy). I think we might do our own painting next time. The end result was excellent though. They worked really hard when they were here.
Description of Work: We own a duplex (we live in one side) and they installed egress windows on both sides, replaced two other windows, painted and drywalled around the windows, tore down a small deck and installed a railing on that side.
