Description of Work: Carpet cleaning: my carpets are not at all new and had taken a bit of a beating in both wear and tear and due to a recent remodeling project. |Paul was very responsive, calling me back the same day I contacted him via Angie's List website. |He and Jim arrived right on time, Paul told me right up front that a certain stain in my carpet would not come out all the way, and although I was disappointed to hear this I was not surprised. I really appreciated his candor on this, and I never felt he was being anything but frank and honest. |The work went well, I am happy with the results and can wholeheartedly recommend A Plus.
