He did a good job. He also gave some helpful hints because my grout color did not match after some touch up work.

I called A+ to clean my living room, stairs and hallway carpets. They were flexible with my schedule and were able to come on Saturday. The service technician was professional and explained the process. He was able to clean all rooms in less than an hour and did a fantastic job. I recommend their service and will use them again.

The fellow who came out was very nice - very good. He was very personable. I was satisfied with the work he did. I got what I needed done.

It was great deal. It was a good bargain. My experience was terrific. He was prompt, did a great job and worked very hard. He was really scrubbing and soaking it. He gave us lots of information.

I called immediatly after the Big Deal was offered and the woman argued and said there was no current big deal and it had already ended. She finally agreed to book the appointment for the Big Deal price. The work was done and we were pleased with it. There were additional costs after the big deal, but we were satisfied with the work.

All the stains that I was concerned about came out. Very professional and answered all questions. Called prior to arrival and was on time.

I bought the Angies deal for this company to do the carpet cleaning. $49 for $100 worth of cleaning. The technician called the morning of to set up the time which was within the 3 hour window we had set previously. We walked around together and I told him what I wanted done. I have two small dogs so he suggested he would treat the carpet first for any pet odors. This was done at no extra cost. After he was done we inpsected the job together. He did a wonderful job. It looked like new and smelled wonderful. The whole job was $206.00 but I had the $100.00 off for the Angies deal. I thought it was very affordable and I wish I had done it sooner. I will definately use this company again.

Chad phoned and said what time he would come. It didn't take long for him to clean our stairway. The carpet dried in about 6 hours.

Using one of the Angies's List Big Deals I had A+ Carpet Cleaning (not to be confused with some of the other carpet cleaners with similar names) to reclean carpet areas that another cleaner did not get out the first time. Scheduling the appointment with A+ Carpet Cleaning was easy, they called the day of to verify the time, showed up when they said they would, and were very professional in going over the work to be done and how they would approach the trouble spot. They ended up cleaning additional areas that needed it, along with the originally discussed stain and stairs. The carpet did not feel soaked or have a detergent smell like with the last cleaners. The carpet looks great and it was a good experience working with this company.

Chad was very good! He came in for an estimate, explained what he was going to do and gave us the price. When he actually did the work, he was very efficient, wore booties, again explained what he was doing, how long it was going to take to dry, etc. Carpets look almost new!! We didn't expect for all of the stains to come out, but they did! The price was the same as the estimate. We would definitely use Chad in the future.

Chad has cleaned our carpets several times and they always look like new. He comes on time, he pays close attention to spots and details, wears booties so as not to soil the clean carpet. There is no odor. It is always so exciting to see the carpets come back to life after he treats them. I have pure white carpet in my bedroom that is 20 years old and he got out all the stains since his last visit. He is a pleasure to work with, and I recommend him highly.

Paul came on short notice to clean the carpet before we moved into our new house. He paid special attention to the spot where the former owners dog slept that I hadn't noticed. He worked quickly, was personable and I would highly recommend this service. Thanks Paul!

They did carpet cleaning for my whole house. They were unbelievable. They were able to get all the stains off my carpet. We had already got a carpet cleaning done, when we moved to this house, yet they were able to get all the stains off them.

I called A+ Carpet Cleaning because of the reviews on Angie's list. Chad was very responsive as he cleaned my carpets at 7:00pm and on short notice. He came when he said he would and I paid $75.00 for my living room and dining room just as quoted. He was good to answer any questions and overall very easy to deal with. I would use him again.
