I had a good experience with Clean Build. They were timely, fairly priced, had some good attention to detail, and cleaned up well after a fairly messy job.

Workers created a mess throughout the project leaving us the responsibility of hours cleanup when the crew was finished. Although I discussed the issue with them and an adjustment was made to our final bill, we found the actual time spent cleaning up drywall mud and dust far exceeded the actual time we expected. Drywall mud was found on windows, outlets, floor and hallways. Dust was thick on covered furniture and uncovered areas, closets which should have been protected were not.

Hired for drywall work. The ultimate finish was decent, but it took a lot of effort to get there. The project was given a 5 day time estimate, but it took 2-2.5 weeks for actual completion. The work they displayed in the final walkthrough was unfinished and sloppy. I had to tell them it was not complete and show the spaces I was not satisfied with. The final product was much better but there were still visible screws and rough areas on the wall. Was not the worst I have seen, was not the best.

They took care of the mitigation and restoration due to a water leak and mold. They handled everything, including dealing with the insurance agent. they were exceptional at communicating what needed to be done, each step they were doing, what to expect net, and scheduling the work. They also worked around any scheduling issues we had. I cannot say enough about how efficiently they handled everything without me feeling like I was being taken advantage of. Every employee we dealt with was informative and extremely polite. Fantastic company!

Great results! Clean Build Restoration made a few minor drywall repairs to or garage, taped, sanded and painted two garages in 5 days. Very efficient and the quality is excellent!

We really appreciated the timeliness of the work. We were on a tight deadline, and they happily accommodated it. Also, they showed up when they said they would, and left when they said they would. The work was well done also.
