After hearing what we were looking for in a window, he recommended Sunrise Windows. Service and responsiveness from this company was top notch! The installers replaced 18 windows as well as an interior door. They took about a week to finish the work and were extremely clean in our home. The workmanship was great. They took the time to explain what they found, or didn't find (wood rot, etc). I have to call out Brad, our sales guy... he is not out to sell you whatever.. It is important to him that you get what you pay for and that you are happy with the product he sold you.

The crew that actually did the work was fantastic. There were a couple of small problems that were eventually resolved, but they took time. One of the slider windows in the front of the house was not level and the window didn't close correctly. Also the screen for the sliding glass door did not arrive until several weeks after the work was finished. It took the owner Brad quite a while to respond to our requests to take care of these problems, but he did eventually take care of everything and we even got an extra screen for the sliding glass door out of it. I think this is a good company that just needs a little work on their responsiveness.

Good experience. The installers came on time and worked very well replacing several windows. All was done well and cleaned up afterwards.
