Spare Husband

I will not use Spare Husband. That I will not use. Absolutely not! I don't like them. I don't like the way they do it and they are just hard to get along with. When he was putting the fan in, he dropped the fan and it hit the bathtub and it put a chip in it. I had two ladies here cleaning the house and thank God they were here. They went running in there and says "was this here before." He was gonna say it was there. Then I had someone put siding on my garage and house, in the very front where the door comes down, the siding was coming loose and his son gave me an estimate of $500. I said "Okay go ahead and do it." Well he had to do a bunch of other work and he turned in a bill for like $1400 and I said no. On top of that, after they were done, where they had to take out the wood or drywall, they just left the mess and put it in my garbage can. I said "They are not going to take that away." His son said " we don't want that sh*# in our dumpster." I said " I don't want it in mine either, I have some garbage bags and you are gonna put them in there." They still didn't haul them off. They guy that does my yard word said he would take them away for me. I was so mad. I finally settle with Ken. We settled for less. I said okay. He said "next time we will do better." I told him there will not be a next time. I have heard of them cleaning gutters for too little old ladies and they left the junk on the lawn there they washed out and walked away. I will not recommend them to anyone. They are super expensive too. I will not have them out again what so ever. We ended up splitting the difference in the price. I was not happy with him at all and they didn't clean up. He said that is why we don't like to give estimates. I said "then how do you get the work when you can't tell them what it will cost." He said "It doesn't say anywhere on there that we will clean up." I told him that is automatically expected. They take advantage of people. I have heard people say not to hire them and now I know. I do not trust them. They did a good job on the quality of the work they did. They are responsive, they will come right out. They are not personable, they are not professional in the way the talk and things like that. They are very rough around the edges. They should be better than that. They are good in some things.

Work is excellent.

I was very pleased with the work Ken did. He was pleasant and got right to work. I can't give details because I don't know the details. All I know is that it didn't work before and it does now. He completed the job in about 20 to 25 minutes. It was after 6:00 pm and he still stopped by and got the job done.

I was very pleased with the work done and we will be calling them again to complete other jobs that we need done around the house.
